And the appeals court finding probable cause for the arrest of everyone involved, but stopping short of ordering a district judge to sign off on arrest warrants.
At the end of that video, we learned that grand juries meet in that district every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
So, I said, hey, maybe the US Attorney will present the indictment and probable cause evidence to a grand jury and we'll see Lemon arrested before the end of the week.
Well, here we are.
Don Lemon and eight others have been indicted for Conspiracy Against Rights and Violations of the FACE Act by a grand jury in St Paul, Minnesota.
