Last month, the NY AG found they engaged in bias-motivated harassment and threats. Still they faced no real consequences.
So I’m filing a lawsuit.

Zionist organizations regularly stalk, harass and attack Palestinians with impunity. Lawsuits are costly and difficult to file, so they often get away with it. But this time we’re taking them on and asking for support to cover legal costs.

Here is a link to the legal complaint. It’s a civil rights lawsuit under the KKK Enforcement Act for a Year-Long Campaign of Stalking, Threats, and Racial Terror. This lawsuit seeks to hold Betar and its leadership directly accountable.

Last month, the NY Attorney General found that Betar engaged in bias-motivated harassment and threats targeting Muslim, Arab, Palestinian, and Jewish New Yorkers.
But the monetary penalty was suspended. No criminal charges followed. They continue to operate and harass me.

They fundraised thousands of dollars by telling people that they were going to go after me, and offer thousands of dollars for people to go after me.
As the complaint notes, after Betar publicly called for the deportation of Turkish visa-holder Efe Ercelik, his visa was revoked and he was detained.
A federal court found that the administration’s pursuit of detention was “almost exclusively triggered by Betar Worldwide.”
ICE leadership has testified under oath that they relied on Betar’s “deportation list.”
For months, Betar has been insisting I’ll be a test case on denaturalizing an American citizen for their political speech under the Trump administration.
The AG’s office literally acknowledges that Betar members have stabbed pro Palestinian protestors, yet there has been no criminal case against them. Maybe it’s because the Feds took over the investigation from the Brooklyn DA as @AliAbunimah uncovered
