SHANGHAI SABOTAGE: It isn’t a theory. Just follow the money. 🧵

PART 3 of our House of Singham Series.
1/ Today, our @FoxNews Digital into the House of Singham followed the flow and found that 3 US nonprofits tied to Neville Roy Singham sent $9.1 MILLION outside the United States to a Shanghai-based propaganda firm: Shanghai Maku Cultural Communication Co. Ltd., connected to Singham and aligned with the Chinese Communist Party.

Let that sink in:
U.S. nonprofit money → Shanghai → “Online news program” production, aligned with communist China.

This isn’t indirect. It’s documented in tax filings.

READ our article here: foxnews.com/politics/red-w…

I have all the links to the IRS 990 tax forms in a spreadsheet at the bottom of the article. I always try to provide original sources because I want you to see the receipts for yourself.

2/ But that’s just one piece.

At the core of this network: 11 U.S.-based nonprofits are functioning as a domestic hub, pushing messaging, funding media, and organizing activism, something that Mao Zedong called "Propaganda Work."

Total flowing into those 11 groups?

About $401 MILLION, according to our @FoxNews Digital investigation

This is not fringe activity. It’s a fully funded ecosystem.

Here are the 11 core U.S. nonprofits at the center of the Singham network — together pulling in ~$401 MILLION:

These are the names to know:
1. People’s Support Foundation — $181.8M
2. Justice and Education Fund Inc. — $74.2M
3. People’s Welfare Association — $70M
4. People’s Forum Inc. — $28M
5. United Community Fund — $21.8M
6. Tricontinental Ltd. — $16.8M
7. BreakThrough BT Media Inc. — $3.5M
8. People’s Dispatch — $1.9M
9. CodePink Women for Peace — $1.8M
10. Progress Unity Fund — $442,524
11. Inter-Religious Foundation for Community Organization Inc. — $420,000

Total: ~$401M flowing through a tightly connected ecosystem.

3/ BreakThrough News covered the Singham network's shenanigans in Cuba this week, covering everyone from CodePink to the Irish hip-hop trio Kneecap, and packaging the week's activities not just as activism, but as revolutionary political "resistance" against the U.S. "empire."

It told a narrative that is pro-China, anti-America.

That is centralized influence, not organic activism.

What does the money fund? Mao's strategy for "Propaganda Work."

Media production. Political organizing. “Educational” programming. Protests.

All reinforcing a consistent narrative: anti-America, pro-China framing.

4/ More money has left the United States to do pro-China propaganda work.

I tracked $10.5 million the Justice and Education Fund sent to New Delhi-based PPK NewsClick Studio Pvt. Ltd. in five payments from 2019 through 2023 when the government of India shut the operation down for allegedly using donations improperly to run an anti-India, pro-China propaganda media outlet.

The government of India has sent Singham criminal summons for alleged election interference, money laundering and terrorism, alleging he engaged in schemes to sow discord in India. The NewsClick case is still pending a trial date.

5/ Lawmakers, regulators and prosecutors are now raising alarms about “malign foreign influence” operating through tax-exempt structures.

The question isn’t whether influence exists.

t’s how deeply embedded it is.

Bottom line:

$9.1M to Shanghai. $401M across 11 U.S. groups. A global propaganda pipeline hiding in plain sight.

This is about money, structure — and influence.
