The planet's molten core has mysteriously stopped rotating, causing the electromagnetic field to deteriorate, which threatens catastrophic global consequences. Rat, widely regarded as one of the best hackers in the world, is recruited specifically to control the flow of information on the internet and prevent public panic by keeping news of the impending disaster under wraps.

The Presidential Emergency Action Documents (PEADs) were created during the Eisenhower Administration in the 1950s as part of continuity-of-government plans in case of a nuclear attack.

They can impose censorship and control of media and information to prevent panic or dissemination of sensitive details.
Chan Thomas's book, The Adam and Eve Story: A History of Cataclysms, written in 1963 about the cyclical geophysical event, was censored by the CIA.
Pseudo-debunkers claim there is no evidence that the book was classified, but no records exist of it being sold in any library in the USA. It was simply not distributed or sold anywhere, and in an era without the internet, censoring information was much easier. The book only gained popularity after its declassification in 2013. (4/9)🧵
Control of Communications and Infrastructure Shutdown or Takeover of Networks: Authority to seize or disable public and private communication systems (e.g., internet, phone networks).
Control of Media: Regulation of broadcasts and publications to limit or spread misinformation.
The 'elite' controls what is labeled as misinformation and what is not. In fact, they can feed you misinformation if it serves their interests!
All of this is possible because of the PEADs. Here’s a 'debunking' opinion from NASA, lacking any evidence or research and filled with misinformation which will be used to silence real scientific studies.
On the left is a study conducted by scientists, based on real evidence, showing that a geomagnetic excursion caused climate change and a mass extinction event. The PEADs are giving every right to the secret agencies to suspend constitutional rights.
They can impose martial law: Authority to enforce laws through military means and suspend civil liberties in extreme cases. Detentions: Powers to detain individuals deemed a threat to national security without due process.
We have already seen some of these measures implemented, even in situations where there is no war—for example, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Check out this video from 2010 by Bill Ryan, who leaked the elite's plan for preparing for a geophysical event. It certainly seems like they might use the PEADs and orchestrate a Third World War. (6/9)🧵
The PEADs can also trigger national lockdowns: Closure of borders, airports, and seaports to contain threats or maintain security.
Curfews: Enforcing restricted movement of the population.

The PEADs also allow: Resource Allocation and Economic Controls Rationing of Essentials: Allocation of food, fuel, and medical supplies.
Seizure of Property: Authority to take over private property, businesses, or resources critical for national defense.
Economic Stabilization: Freeze on bank accounts, stock markets, or other financial systems if necessary.
They are allocating a significant amount of black budget and taxpayer money to build their doomsday bunkers, underground bases, and cities. (8/9)🧵
