EVIDENCE OF A CRIME?
When will the public realize that passing bill 54, despite the explicit warning, in addition to passing legislation giving immunity to the AG, should be considered a subversion of democracy by destroying the institution of free & fair elections?
EVERY ALBERTA VOTER’s personal voting data and unique voter code are now held by white supremacist separatists AND EVERY FOREIGN ADVERSARY who will now be able to sabotage EVERY Alberta provincial and municipal election in perpetuity without fear of being investigated.
There are real physical risks for some people who were doxxed.
But mainstream media is not doing its job.
The MAIN RISK is that free and fair elections WILL NOT EVER be POSSIBLE in Alberta ever again because EVERY ALBERTA VOTER’s personal data was compromised.
Roughly one third (1/3) of eligible Alberta voters do NOT vote in any elections.
Voter apathy defines the past half century in most liberal democracies.
Whoever has possession of Albertans’ voter data can now cheat in elections with ease. Because how would anyone know?
From this breach forward, a free and fair election cannot be achieved in Alberta.
Domestic and foreign interference in Alberta elections is now guaranteed because the checks and protections for fair elections were removed and the AG was given immunity for allowing it to occur.
The Alberta Electoral Commissioner has just informed the public that under current laws, the institution CANNOT investigate suspected voter fraud. Not until voter fraud is committed AND can be proven can Elections Alberta begin to conduct an investigation.
Let that sink in.
Elections Alberta is legally BARRED from investigating suspicious activity.
A crime must be committed and proven by others before Elections Alberta can even open an investigation.
Even if a law is broken, a crime committed, the EA cannot inform the public.
Jen Gerson @jengerson published the letter she received from Elections Alberta on April 10, 2026.
Read the letter. Paula Hale is a respected and highly trained lawyer. Lawyers speak in “legalese”.
Read the letter she wrote in response to the complaint made March 31, 2026.
Hale establishes your complaint as a concern (suspicion) not evidence.
Then she informs you there is not enough evidence to open an investigation. Even though a crime of possession of restricted private property has clearly been proven.
But the last paragraph is incredibly informative. Hale lets the journalist complainant know she shares the concern & considers the accusation very serious.
But then she says she can’t discount how the data was obtained. She states why she doesn’t have firm enough evidence.
One reason is the possibility Canada Post provided the data. Canada post does not have possession of unique voter codes assigned to each voter. So this is an invalid argument. However, it was the go to argument used by those accused when this story actually emerged publicly.
Isn’t that weird? Those associated with Centurion Project would use Canada Post as a distraction because the public didn’t know how serious the breach really was, at that point. Even now, most still believe it’s about phone numbers and addresses being published.
It’s not.
Then in the same sentence, Hale provides the nature of the evidence she would require to open an investigation. She lists ‘various data brokers’ along side Canada Post as an example of how the data could have been obtained.
But there is no legitimate access to voter data including their individual voter code by a broker. That information is guarded with ferocity. Because its possession is the crime. Third party data brokers should NEVER have access to the official voter list. Ever.
That’s the crime. What Centurion Project did was purchase the data to use in the app stored on a web site registered by a top Conservative Party of Canada operative living in Ottawa. How did Centurion get possession of the data? They bought it.
Who sold it to them?
That is the crime currently being investigated by RCMP. The NDP member who pushed for an investigation has provided evidence that a third party had possession of Albertans’ private voter codes.
Elections Alberta has confirmed there were no hacks of its data storage.
Additionally, there was no unsanctioned access to voter databases which political parties reported.
That’s the evidence that opened an investigation. It’s an inside job.
Right now the former Buffalo Party, now known as the Republican Party of Alberta are the fall guys.
But Knitty on Tik Tok blew that kamikaze party theory out of the water already.
The “stalking horse" candidate, Jeff Callaway knew Kenney and had arranged to attack Brian Jean so Kenney’s hands never got dirty.
How do we know that? Because there is a familiar fall guy.
Cameron Davies openly admitted his role in the “stalking horse” candidate scheme. Note it is not alleged that he obstructed an investigation, he was threatened with a $15K fine for attempting to avoid responding to the investigator’s demands.

Is that why Kenney disbanded the investigative arm of Elections Alberta and why the current governing party UCP increased the threshold to open an investigation to law enforcement levels? That would be a conspiracy if true. Investigate long and hard RCMP. There’s a lot at stake.
This appears to be years of corruption involving the same group of Christian Nationalist extremists who are after the authority to fix elections in their favour.
Not news to me. I have been warning about Kenney from day one. I have detailed the Dominionist (Christian Nationalist) behind the scenes for 8 years. If this is an inside job, there should be seed identities that reveal its UCP who leaked the data.
That’s a lot of ifs.
We must wait for the RCMP and trust law enforcement to do its job.
But we don’t need to wait for UCP to repeal bill 54. Or to rescind a notwithstanding clause that gave the AG immunity from criminal prosecution.
Alberta citizens need to demand a forensic audit to determine all domestic & foreign donors in third party political groups. And referendums must be cancelled.
That’s entirely within the public’s right to demand as we wait for the investigation about who has stolen our data.
Don’t mess with politically engaged Canadian citizens who will defend their rights and freedom.
Don’t get angry. Get politically active and remove the chaff from the wheat.🌾
Alberta is wheat country. Just like Ukraine. AB resistance needs to refocus its collective efforts.
