Kerkhoff v. Blaze Media LLC
Plaintiff Kerkhoff, who is suing Blaze Media, Steve Baker, Joseph Hanneman, and their company Veritas Regnet for falsely accusing Kerkhoff of being the J5 Pipe Bomber, has filed for a default against Steve Baker, as he has failed to respond to the lawsuit.
Baker is fully aware of the suit and is still pushing his bullshit theory that Kerkhoff is behind the pipe bombs.
Initially he acted as if the suit was something he welcomed.
If he is eager for Kerkhoff to “bring it” so that he can make “discovery a bitch” for her, he needs to like, idk, make a filing in the case.
Baker was required to file an answer or in some way respond to the complaint by May 13.
"Although Mr. Baker has not answered, moved, or otherwise responded to the Complaint, he has made several public statements acknowledging his awareness of it."
Oh.
Whatever they have must not be worth taking to court and defending themselves against this lawsuit.
