Most people think brain fog, facial puffiness, sinus pressure, jaw tension, headaches, dizziness, poor sleep, and chronic stress are separate problems.
They’re often connected.
One of the most overlooked pieces is restriction within the cranial, facial, and cervical fascial system.
The skull isn’t just a rigid helmet.
It contains membranes, connective tissue, vascular pathways, lymphatic drainage systems, cranial nerves, and fascial continuities that connect directly into the jaw, neck, diaphragm, and the rest of the body.
When these tissues become restricted, fluid dynamics and nervous system function can be affected.
I’ve seen people experience improvements in:

Not because we’re “fixing” symptoms.

One of the first things I assess is how freely the tissues around the face, jaw, temples, occiput, ears, and neck move.
Restriction here can create compensations throughout the entire body.
The body functions as one connected fascial and neurological system not isolated parts.
