1)
@rlefraim But what does opposing Netanyahu get his critics? I hate to have to say it, but often in politics, one must choose the lesser of negatives, rather than finding heroes. So, even if you now dislike the man,
2)
@rlefraim Netanyahu, who has built Israel into an economic and technological superpower, who are the alternatives?
I am not talking about alternatives that no one is mentioning. There are many talented younger people who could do an excellent job,
3)
@rlefraim I am talking about those who are leading opposition parties today, none of which is competent to lead the Jewish State to further positive results.
4)
@rlefraim Gabi Eisenkot. Former General. Not a great record to say the least. A man who had his jobs because of who he knew in a system of promotions based more on “Protekzia” than on merit, showed in most positions a lack of initiative and competence.
5)
@rlefraim A man who rose in the ranks as described in the Peter Principle. He speaks no other languages well used in international communication, a handicap for an Israeli Prime Minister.
6)
@rlefraim Eisenkot was chosen by foreign individuals on the left, financed by them, and he is advised by them, a “Manchurian candidate” chosen because while he is not accomplished and talented, unlike some others trying to be Prime Minister, he at least cannot be accused of scandals.
7)
@rlefraim Ya’ir Golan. A man considered disgusting by a majority of Israeli voters for whom he had only insults. A man who wanted a Palestine State established, who disparaged all non-Ashkenazi Jews in the most crude ways.
8)
@rlefraim Naftali Bennett. Hard to understand a man who seems to change his opinion on every issue of importance to the State of Israel to fit what he thinks the media wants to hear.
9)
@rlefraim But for the short time he was Prime Minister, he took State money to make his home outside the capitol secure (the official excuse) while also having his home rebuilt, doubling its size, and

@rlefraim never paying the state back for the additional expense in the millions of shekels. Some would call that theft, others corruption.

@rlefraim Ya’ir Lapid. A TV news reader, trained in acting in California, paid for by his friend Haim Saban. His one act as temporary Prime Minister was to demand that religious education stop in Israeli public schools while...
12)
@rlefraim he was more tolerant of Christian Messianic movement interests. His campaign has been about making Israel secular and the rest of his principles seem to change with the wind. His one asset — he speaks well, as he has been trained, and a lot of people think he is good-looking.
13)
@rlefraim So, those are the choices, people. Incompetence, crooks, liars, an actor that is not all that smart, not one that could deal with the sensitive issues of the international community and
14)
@rlefraim for sure not with the relations with major nations of the world.
So, think before you vote. Issues and competence matter."
