1/ Long-term travel creates unique challenges and opportunities to build new habits. #digitalnomad #habits #habitswithglen

2/ Since each day consists of different locations and activities, workouts have been the hardest habit to build while traveling.

3/ Morning routines are the most consistent fertile area for forming new habits. Those routines are consistent at home and while traveling.

4/ I still get a shower every day. Building off that anchor, I’ve started turning the water cold during my last minute.

5/ After the new cold shower habit, I do a quick celebration yell for a habit forming dopamine release.

6/ Not only do cold showers have great health benefits, sometimes when traveling you don’t always get a lot of hot water!

7/ Habits that may have been harder to do at home have found a natural anchor while traveling.

8/ Allowing time for long meditations has become easier & helpful while traveling when anchored to transit during a train, plane or bus ride

9/ Traveling requires a mind ready for change. It’s open & ready to more easily create new neural connections. Perfect for habit formation.
