No offense to these groups, but they don’t have anyone’s health at heart. 5/

Briefs from hospitals & insurers explain in detail, no matter how you get your health coverage -- exchange, private coverage through your employer, Medicare, or Medicaid -- this frivolous and dangerous lawsuit threatens your care and coverage.6/

Patient groups understand what’s at risk, per their brief:
