On May 30, I reported to Twitter a user who sent me an image of a man holding a gun with a caption that included "Worry about if people start deciding to kill reporters." In less than an hour, Support replied that it found no violation. "We have reviewed your report carefully."
They asked me to reply "if there’s additional context you think we need to know regarding this situation."

That same day, I wrote: "I am a journalist, and this user replied with a meme that includes a photo of a man with a gun and a quote referencing the killing of journalists."
Last weekend, about a month after reporting the account, I received a notification: "An update on your report."

"Thanks again for letting us know. Our investigation found this account violated the Twitter Rules."

Appears "Storm The Capitol" protest going to the governor's residence. An organizer and emcee, Alley Waterbury, earlier said of Walz: "If you don't open our state back up we will do whatever we need to do because we've got nothing left to lose."
Seeing numerous state patrol vehicles just now driving quickly in unison near Capitol. Rhetoric had ratcheted up in last hour of rally. One speaker: "This is 1776. The time for talk is over, it's done. My brothers and sisters in Washington are doing it right now."

Crowd of about 350-500 gathering outside Minnesota State Capitol for "Storm The Capitol" protest against Biden certification. Speakers have included state Reps @SteveDraz & @EricLuceroMN so far. State judge who approved absentee voting rule changes being singled out early on. ImageImage
More from the Capitol: State patrol is guarding entrances to buildings on the complex. No signs of clashes with law enforcement that have been seen in DC. One demonstrator is waiving a large III% militia flag, more are waving pro-Trump signs and flags.
Nearly all gathered here are not wearing masks, and some are carrying signs in protest of Gov. Walz's COVID restrictions. Hold The Line group that is organizing is also behind new weekly caravans to protest outside lawmakers' homes. More soon, including story at @StarTribune
