About #4 on the list - Mohammad Saad Al Zahrani. The name is rather common, but I found this tweet commenting on a picture of MBS:
Tweet says: "Mohammad Saad Al Zahrani with the Deputy Crown Prince", suggests he's a member of the Royal Guard. If my hunch is correct that would mean it's this guy seen with MBS here
Note the tweet I quoted above is by someone who personally knows a Mohammad Saad Al Zahrani, expressing pride that he's standing next to MBS, says something like "I wish I could join the Royal Guard too". So this is my guess.
If I'm correct, then that means we have 7 out of 15 identified.
I'd call that confirmed, it's a little hard to make out but yes, the bulky man standing guard is called Mohammad Saad Al Zahrani.
The name is far clearer in this picture. So #4 on the list is this guy. Mohammad Saad Al Zahrani.

Several Saudi tweeps got in touch to tell me that I incorrectly transcribed #7 on the list, it's supposed to be الهوساوي and not الحساوي. So correct name is عبدالعزيز محمد الهوساوي

Pretty decent catch, found news footage of the pictures above. Clearly shows MBS with Mohammad Saad Al Zahrani. A person standing in the back (in plainclothes) looks very much like #10, Thaar Al Harbi
