We are all grappling with the heinous anti-Semitic attack on the Tree of Life Congregation in Pittsburgh.
Words matter and political rhetoric that condones violence and intolerance cannot be normalized.
There has been an acute global increase in anti-Semitic incidents in recent years, often taking place in the form of violent attacks, bomb threats, vandalism, and hateful rhetoric spanning all levels of society.
Federal, state, and local officials must act swiftly to protect communities of all faiths and ensure that these acts are punished to the fullest extent possible.
