1. Let's take a closer look at the 2018 midterm results for the House. Many people don't understand how close it was. Dems won 40 seats. Sounds big right? Meh. They needed 23 to take control. So basically they are only +17 in the 🏠. For the GOP to win it back they need +18
2. But let's dig a bit deeper into those 18 seats that cost the GOP control of the 🏠 for the "muh we are all doomed" crowd and the "demographic" crowd.

3. 4 of the 18 was due to dem court ordered redistricting in PA. So now we are down to 14 seats.
4. These are the 14 closest races from 2018 that I could find. (CA21, CA39, ME2, IA3, SC1, OK5, FL26, GA6, NJ3, NM2, NY22, UT4, VA2, VA7)

5. The biggest spread was IA3 with 7709 votes and the smallest was UT4 with 694.
6. The turnout for the midterms was the largest in about 50 years. The total number of voters are est at about 113 million. This is important. The turnout was bigger than normal for a midterm. This is not likely to last in 2022 and beyond. However, 2020 should see a big turnout.
7. So, with the highest turnout in 50 years the Dems were able to win control of the house with only a 59,547 vote margin. That's it. Out of 113+ million voters a little less than 60,000 votes determined the control of the House.
8. Let's put that in % terms. The Dems won the House by .053% of the total vote. Not exactly a landslide there. To even approach a 1% victory would mean the Dems would need an additional 1,070,000 votes.
9. Now think about this. The Dems put everything they had into this election:

10. They invested $$100s of millions, they made a massive get out the vote. They even had to resort to in your face voter fraud in some places like CA with vote harvesting and FL.
11. Along with this massive effort on the Dem side, they had a weak GOP uniparty speaker who seemed like he actively worked with the Dems to lose the election.

12. The Dems also had the entire fake media on their side, all the social media companies and an active Special consul
13. With all of that the House was won only by a .053% margin a mere 59,547 votes.

14. That's not to mention the fact that not only did the Dems not win the Senate they lost seats.

15. This is why Pres. Trump said we had a great victory.
16. This is why I agreed 100% with Trump. The victory in the midterms was major for the deplorables.

17. Yes, it wasn't a complete victory we did come a bit short but in a normal year with all that against us we could have lost bigly. Sometimes a draw is a win.
18. What will 2020 bring? It will, like 2018, be a base election and it will have massive turnout. Every vote counts but remember the Dems brought out just about everyone alive and dead in 2018. The GOP didn't.
19. This also explains the push for the Dems to want the EC removed. They can't win long term. Their arc of history is dying out. They are clustered into a couple lonely safe spaces. They can't hold the House nor the Senate long term and they know it.
20. Stop listening to the "muh we are all doomed" and "demographics will win" crowds, instead have faith and knowledge that the Dems are withering away in their safe spaces unable to expand their bubbles.

I know there has been so much propaganda and attempts to disparage it, but I still believe in free speech. Not just the act of being able to say what you want when you want, but the POWER of free speech. The ability to entertain ideas that are different than the group.
Free speech allows a society to have a vaccine against propaganda. It allows mutations of dangerous speech into a less dangerous idea. It gives an outlet for people who are angry, pissed off, afraid. It exposes hate speech for what it is with no need for some censor to ban it.
It allows new ideas, new thoughts, new protests. It allows a populous to ask for a Redress of their grievances so that they are not required to take up arms to find a compromise. It allows for an informed population that can make more knowledgeable decisions. It speeds up the

When and if truth social becomes available to us, I'll probably move over there but keep this account until they ban me. I joined Twitter a couple years back to see Trump's tweets without the filter of the MSM, but all I got here is more censorship.
I'm not real big on social media in general. Twit is the only one I engage in to any degree and mostly it's to get information and have discussion. Since twit has decided to limit the info I can get, it's only because of those that follow me that I keep coming back.
I do enjoy interacting with all of you, I always say I have the best group of followers on twit. It rare in this day and age that people can have polite conversations even when we disagree, but the vast majority of the people in my timeline do this regularly.

I don't know many things. I'm not ashamed to admit it. I also know many things. I'm not ashamed to admit it. I'm confident that what I know is true, yet intelligent enough to understand maybe some of it isn't. However, not knowing is not a reason to be paralyzed into inaction.
You have one life to live in this world. You can do whatever you want with it, maybe. It's known that there are people out there that like nothing better than to try to take your life & make it their own by telling you how to live it. You can of course follow their wishes/orders.
You can also tell them to go fuck themselves. Of course telling these people is not enough because they will still think and act as if they own you. At that point you have to make some type of decision. Do you submit and follow along? Do you withdrawal and hope they ignore you?

Society in every state is a blessing, but government even in its best state is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one; for when we suffer, or are exposed to the same miseries by a government, which we might expect in a country without government,
...our calamity is heightened by reflecting that we furnish the means by which we suffer. Government, like dress, is the badge of lost innocence; the palaces of kings are built on the ruins of the bowers of paradise. For were the impulses of conscience clear, uniform, and
...irresistibly obeyed, man would need no other lawgiver; but that not being the case, he finds it necessary to surrender up a part of his property to furnish means for the protection of the rest; and this he is induced to do by the same prudence which in every other case advises

So, not sure if I had covid, think I did. Had all the symptoms but well I don't know for sure. Still it's been about 3 weeks. I wouldn't call The bug I had mild. I hate to get sick. First week was the worse. Fever, chills, sore throat, headache from hell, weak, wasn't hungry
....muscle aches. You know the typical stuff you get from a flu or a cold. The last two weeks had sinus trouble and unproductive cough, couldn't sleep much because of both. Just couldn't get comfortable, sore throat was the worst though. Trouble swallowing and drinking.
Taste buds rebelled, they are still on strike, but today I felt almost 99% normal. The bug seems to come and go in waves. Some days over the last 3 weeks I felt fine. Not 100% but good enough then I'll wake up and be miserable the next day. Strange bug.

Leftists are not capitalists.

I say this simple truth over and over, but for some reason many people don't get it. They don't believe it. They can't wrap their heads around it. They just will not see. Not sure how to explain it any easier. Leftists are not capitalists.
Sure, they may live with, use, and enjoy the trappings of capitalism. They may enjoy having plentiful food, nice homes, indoor plumbing, energy on tap, cellphones, the internet, streaming movies channels, social media platforms, etc etc etc
But see here is the thing. Well, a couple of things. One, they don't really believe deep down in their souls that most of those things they have are due to capitalism. Most think they can have all of those things without capitalism and to a certain degree they are right.
