What he said. Love that people do these but for many, inc. disabled people like me, weekends are sacrosanct time for recuperating. I spend most of mine resting or stretching. Jams, hacks, breakfast meetings - can we achieve their ends without excluding people? A tricky challenge!

Oh god I am SO tired (again) of fighting through train stations, cities & workplaces that forcibly remind me day after day I’m not expected to be there, not welcome (if even considered).
And so overwhelmingly tired of trying to hold my sense of dignity and safety and worth together in the face of the daily assault of all these micro (and macro) aggressions.

So #SAtSD is an attempt to create a shared collaborative approach to designing public services in Scotland. We are co-producing the approach based on collective thinking and actions across orgs and sectors that design and / or deliver public services in Scotland.
That currently includes many people and service design champions from @scotgov@DigitalOfficeLG, various parts NHS in Scotland, as well as many different public bodies, local authorities, private and third sector orgs.
