Sounds like the attorneys for the corporation and the petitioners want time to file answers, and allow AGs office and lawyers for pensioners to file a response. Does not seem as though we will get a ruling on the dissolution today.
The judge is scheduling when everyone needs to file their answers/objections/replies. Says corporation/petitioner needs to file by June 18, and everyone else needs to provide another response by July 2. Judge says this takes care of issue number one and includes all parties.
Judge says today was the 90 day disclosure request, which is why we’re here now. Seems as though there are many more issues the parties want to address. Attorneys ask for 5 minute recess.
