Mr. Francis Muse LISECHE alias Moi alias President who was captured on a viral video savagely cutting a man on allegations of stealing a CHICKEN has been arrested by #DCI Detectives from the HQs.Three other suspects also arrested including the owner of the alleged stolen chicken. 
The incident took place at #Shinyalu in Kakamega & the victim died from the brutal cutting. We urge members of the public NOT to take the law into their own hands. The FOUR suspects will be arraigned on Monday to face Murder charges. Further enquiries on the matter still ongoing.
The other three suspects are: 34-year-old Evans Lichoti Ashihundu, 43-year-old Agapitus Ingosi Ang’uswa and 48-year-old Reuben Smith Shitambasi. All in lawful custody helping in further investigations.
UPDATE|21 More suspects in the GRUESOME murder of a man in Shinyalu, Kakamega were early today arrested by a combined team of @APSKenya, @DCI_Kenya & @PoliceKE, among them the Ass. Chief who was present during the killing & two other prime suspects who were positively identified.
Mr. Gerald Murunga Shikhobolo, the Ass. Chief & also Acting Chief in Khayega Location never reported the heartless killing despite witnessing it. The other positively identified suspects are: 38-year-old William Makokha whose panga was used & 32-year-old Silvester Luteri.
