Is due process inverted?
Indy has a 14 day waiting period studies found was average 9 months. What is wait?
Is there right to legal representation?
What is the standard of proof?
What is the deterrent for abuse, does it include promise of civil suit?
Senator, please discuss.
Additionally: What 2A supporters are at the table helping to draft so protections are maintained? Does it only specifically target guns as weapons? Does it include mental health treatment? Would abuse be made a crime, felony? Many are legitimately concerned.
Lastly, is there advanced notice before confiscation? Is there a warrant involved? There was already one death involving a man on whom such an order was visited before dawn. In an era where criminal justice reform is needed & people distrust LEO, how will this affect?

Republicans voted to fund Biden’s agenda and a due-process destroying “red flag center.” As of now, I do not believe that the GOP wants to win in November. I’m not exaggerating — these are not the actions of a party interested in fighting or winning.
Why should we fight for a party that won’t fight for us when sent to DC to do so? There is zero justification in supporting this. The only difference right now between the parties is that one is honest about wanting to destroy the country and the other lies about it.
Either GOP defunds this garbage or they deserve to lose in a political bloodbath in November. We won’t save you. Image

What law do you propose John that would have made illegal-er for the criminal minors who likely illegal purchased/or stole, illegally possessed, and illegally used in commission of a felony? Serious answers only.
These people can photoshop statements on their faces all they want, but until they give a damn about the rot of “restorative justice” driving the crime rate, it’s only concern theater.
Maybe ask why KC and STL drive my home state’s crime rate, John. Maybe ask who has been in control of these cities for 60+ years. Ask the ideology of the city councils. The mayor, who selects the police chief. Ask why they pushed to defund cops. Why sentencing for violent offenders was reduced. Why recidivism is so high: ask about broken families and fatherless homes, John. If you aren’t asking these questions then you don’t give a shit about this ongoing cycle of violence.

Look, I'm voting for the nominee in November. But don't pretend that half of 20% is some monumental thing, that it's not weird for immigration to be top issue despite the frontrunner's 2018 amnesty push, or that Haley isn't a neocon.
Also, rejecting outright the random self-elected bouncers for a movement they've only contributed to by bitching on Twitter. Whoever the nom is will need every vote they can get so be unity-minded now and not just when it serves you.
The RNC has done nothing to target split-ticket voting, mail-in ballots, state parties are broke as hell (MN reported $53 in the bank per one FEC filing), & while more ppl are leaving Dems, they AREN'T registering w GOP, instead remaining independent. GOP has zero plan for this.

Let’s be clear: Scott Israel is about as close to being irredeemable as one could get. I reminded him in front of the nation that he, as head of his dept, had overlooked over 30 calls from the killer’s OWN FAMILY, neighbors, and classmates’s families and he lied to our faces with denial while accusing gun owners of culpability! Scott Israel isn’t worth such division.
To say nothing of his disastrous handling of the Ft. Lauderdale airport shooting, Scott Israel ignored when a former Secret Service parent tested the MSD’s security and found it woefully lacking just a couple of months prior to the massacre. He ignored that the killer had to have a babysitter at school because his behavior was so concerning. Scott Israel also ignored that the killer was so violent he once put a gun to another kid’s head and knocked out his own mother’s teeth. But none of that mattered to Scott Israel who wanted a government seat so he played musical chairs with different agencies until he found one with corrupt enough leadership to put him back in as chief. No joke.
The MSD commission discovered, from Broward’s own officers, that proper response training was not maintained. Scott Israel was a bad cop and no one dislikes bad cops more than good ones. DeSantis was having none of it and removed Israel from office within his first week, a removal upheld by a special senate session. Speaking personally, I cannot divulge how many Broward officers and others within the local LEO community personally and privately contacted me to relay their absolute disgust with his leadership (why the police union ultimately unanimously voted no confidence in Scott Israel’s leadership). The parents rejoiced at his removal.
