Interested in travelling but don't have a travel history yet for your choice destinations?
You may find this short thread helpful.
With your Nigerian passport, you can visit 27 countries visa free, 19 countries offer a visa on arrival while 10 offer e-visas.
Basically a Nigerian passport holder can visit 56 countries with little to no hassles.
Benin, Cameroon, Niger, Chad, Togo, Ghana, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Mali, Liberia, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Senegal, Guinea-Bissau, Gambia, Cape Verde, Palestine, Barbados, Dominica, Haiti, Micronesia, Vanuatu, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Cook Islands, Fiji and Niue.
The above listed countries are absolutely visa free.
However, many of them are far and flight costs aren't encouraging either. You don't want to spend more than a day on a flight (including stopovers).
With as little as N50k - N200k, you can have a swell time in; Benin, Ghana, Cameroon, Niger, Chad, Togo, Mali, Senegal and Gambia. I, however, do not recommend these places if your mission is to build your travel history.
Places like Mauritania, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Mauritius, Seychelles and Kenya will easily give you a visa on arrival and you can have a swell time (within budget) from N300k to N500k.
The countries listed above will definitely help you build your travel history.
Travel to two different countries and other countries will see you as a lesser risk compared to someone who hasn't travelled before.
A full list of all the countries your Nigerian passport can easily take you to can be found here - visalist.io/nigeria/visa-f…
Seychelles grant visas on arrival, and for N450k, you can get a good 5 nights deal (October, November, January and February)
Mauritius grants visas on arrival, and for N450k, you can get a good 5 nights deal (October, November, January and February) Tickets in December are slightly more expensive.
If wildlife and the safaris are your thing, I've got a Nairobi and Kigali, 3 nights each for N350k deal for you. Both countries give e-visas that can be done online.

Ok, I think I should do a thread to explain my position better for those who genuinely seek to understand.

I'll tell the short story of my first cousin and how that changed my mindset on parenting and expectations.
He was the first born, his parents weren't educated but his father used to say his son will read all the book he couldn't read.
True to his words, he gave everything to my cousin, he was a farmer, he didn't send my cousins siblings to school bcos "when their brother hammer e go take care of them"
He sold some of his lands to ensure my cousin was a graduate.
