There is a bleak chance for creating Gorkhaland , I don’t think central govt will support for creating Gorkhaland , both due to political as well as International security front will have huge drawbacks if they support for it
Plan executed from Nepal , India released Masood Azhar
and three more terrorist
Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar, Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh
Later these people hatched 2008 Mumbai terrorist attack , parliament attack etc
Nepal share boarder with Darjeeling so vulnerable
to terror activity and can be use as a Infiltration points of terrorists, pak and China will surely try to destabilise these areas
So strategically it is very sensitive place and need better and strong control of this location
So international security point of view it’s not a feasible idea to creat a Independent Gorkhaland
As it is a part of West Bengal so central govt has better control over it , if there is any security threat , it would be easier to control the land through West Bengal
In my opinion since 1907 during British periods due to this only no govt had ever supported to Gorkhaland .
However central govt use West Bengal as a buffer between people of Darjeeling and centre and due to political advantage they might support for it
Here is in opinion of BJP in 2017 , report of Indian Express 👇👇

Upanishads, were written sometime during the period from 1400 BC to 800 BC.
Katha Upanishad forms part of the Kata Shaaka of Krishna Yajur Veda , so it is called as the Kato - Upanishad.
It is also known as Kāṭhaka Upanishad, and is listed as number 3 in the Muktika canon of 108 Upanishads.
The Katha Upanishad consists of two chapters (Adhyāyas), each divided into three sections (Vallis).
The first Adhyaya is considered to be of older origin than the second. The Upanishad is the legendary story of a little boy, Nachiketa – the son of Sage Vajasravasa, who meets Yama (the Hindu deity of death).
Each Manvantara is created and ruled by a specific Manu, who in turn is created by Brahma, the Creator himself. Manu creates the world, and all its species during that period of time.
Each Manvantara lasts the lifetime of a Manu, upon whose death, Brahma creates another Manu to continue the cycle of Creation or Shristi, Vishnu who, on his part, takes a new Avatar, and a new Indra and Saptarishis are also appointed.
