Few days back, ED arrested one Bhaskar Raman. What's so unique about this man who happens to be a chartered accountant!!

In December 2015, during a raid ED found four Wills neatly kept in a locker

These wills were executed by four different persons, Bhaskar Raman, CBN Reddy, Ravi Viswanathan and Padma Viswanathan. All the wills were executed on same date i.e. 19th June 2013. The witness on all wills was one V Murali.

Other witness in three of them was CBN Reddy and the balance one Ravi Viswanathan.

Apart from above unique facts, there was something strange in all these will. They were divided in two parts

In one part the personal assets like property, jewellery, cash, bank account of executant was bequeathed to spouse and children as it happens normally. Interesting was second part in which the executants bequeathed their shareholding in two companies

Advantage Strategic Consultant Pvt Ltd (Advantage) and Kriya FMCG to one girl Aditi daugher of Dr Srinidhi and granddaughter of one Dr B Rangarajan out of their gratitude to Dr Rangarajan being their 'Friend, Philosopher and Guide' and his immense contribution to the society!!

No big deal!! The combined shareholding in Advantage by four executants and Kriya FMCG is 300000 shares, that is 60% of that company. So after the death of these four persons, Ms Aditi would become 60% owner of Advantage

Balance 40% of Advantage is owned by a company called Ausbridge which is owned by one Mr Mohanan Rajesh.
What is great about this Advantage? Nothing much. In India this company holds 60% holding of another company called Vasan Eye Care which it purchased for only 50 Lakhs

The balance 40% equity was issued by Vasan to Sequoina Capital of Mauritius for just Rs 45 Crores. So to be precise the shareholding of Advantage in Vasan is actually worth 67.50 Crores.Advantage has a subsidiary in Singapore called Advantage Strategic Consulting Pte Ltd SIN

This company holds premium properties around the world worth hundreds of Crores and it is said that it has its footsteps across all continents except Antarctica.

So to connect dots, Bhaskar Raman was one of those four benevolent persons, who bequeathed their wealth worth hundreds of Crores by identical wills found in one locker to a little girl Aditi to show their gratitude to her late grandfather Dr B Rangarajan.

What the story does not reveal so far is that full name of this little girl is Aditi Nalini Chidambaram, daugher of Mr Karti Chidambaram and Dr Sunidhi Chidambaram and grandaughter of Mr who!!

Story doesn’t end here. The owner of balance 40% of Advantage through a co. Ausbridge, Mr Mohanan Rajesh is a neighbour of Karti Chidambaram. Karti acquired Ausbridge from Mohanan in 2006, and again transferred it back to him in 2011 when Vasan Eye Care story started coming out

The gang leader is an intelligent guy!! Right!! As people say he is required to be continued as Finance Minister of India!!
Keep a watch on developments in next few days. If this government fails this time, it doesn't have guts to walk the talk!!

One thing more. I almost forgot to mention that the arrested Bhaskar Raman is the Finance Manager of P. Chidambatam's family.
