Been doing a lot of sacrifice magic lately. Don't freak. I am trying to rewrite the evil connotation. Now, when I lift weights, I approach it like a sacrifice ritual. I show the aether how much effort/time I am willing to sacrifice to gain strength. I say it aloud. Same for diet.
I feel certain I will burn more calories by focusing 100% on my effort and my magic goal. I don't lift weights now without focusing on the why. We'll see what happens.
What's cool is now, when I crave something sweet, I see it as a charging ceremony. Free Prana. I take my desire for sugar and say aloud, "I sacrifice this pleasure for confidence on stage in Anarchapulco." It changes my state completely! It's not even a loss, it's a new power up.
