If the 1% control our wealth and the upper middle class requires crushing debt to even get an education and the working class needs side gigs to survive and migrants are increasingly being blocked from this county...

What exactly is the American Dream?

I dont' want to sound commie. I am just saying I came for the American dream with nothing and was graced with the things that America promises the energetic, talented and industrious. What can we hold out to others to keep them contributing to the engine that drives this country?
Granted my family came here in 1627 and I had to immigrate back on a chicken sexer/hockey player category visa for special talents. But I feel like an immigrant, work as hard as an immigrant and don't share Trump's fear of other people who come to work and better themselves.
It was negative nothing after I owed more to the mover than I had in my back account. But as a guy who has been almost everywhere...I am in awe of how hard people work to get ahead in America and I am not happy with how they keep moving the goalposts. investopedia.com/articles/inves…
