Your card details (full card numbers, CVV and PIN) are personal to you & should never be shared with anyone else. Do not respond to calls or SMS from anyone asking you to provide any of these details, even if they claim to be FCMB staff.
All legitimate FCMB promos or giveaways are advertised on our website & official social media pages. Be vigilant about fraudulent promos that may claim to be run by FCMB which may be shared on WhatsApp, social media or through flyers & other offline channels.
