‼️Meet Trump & Giulaini’s two RU mob operatives working in Ukraine to influence prosecutors in an effort to dig up (manufacture?) dirt on Biden & HRC:
Ukrainian-born Igor Fruman and Russian-born Lev Parnas (between Pence & Trump).
The two Soviet-born Florida (Sunny Isles) businessmen — one linked to a Ukrainian tycoon with reputed mafia ties — are key hidden actors behind a plan by U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s personal attorney to investigate the president’s rivals occrp.org/en/investigati…
Giuliani has publicly identified Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman as his clients and Trump has endorsed their efforts during a Fox News interview.
📌Since late 2018, the men have introduced Giuliani to three current and former senior Ukrainian prosecutors to discuss alleged ‘politically damaging information.’ occrp.org/en/investigati…
📌The effort has involved meetings in at least five countries, stretching from Washington, D.C. to the Israeli office of a Ukrainian oligarch accused of a multi-billion dollar fraud, and to the halls of the French Senate. occrp.org/en/investigati…
📌Parnas and Fruman’s work with Giuliani has been just one facet of their political activity.
🔑Since early last year, the men have emerged from obscurity to become major donors to Republican campaigns in the United States. 💰💦? occrp.org/en/investigati…
🔑They have collectively contributed over half a million dollars to candidates and outside campaign groups, the lion’s share in a single transaction that an independent watchdog has flagged as a potential violation of electoral funding law. occrp.org/en/investigati…
‼️Shady Financial Dealings
🔑Campaign Legal Center (CLC) filed a supplement to a Federal Election Commission (FEC) complaint based on those new records, which also establish that the pro-Trump super PAC America First Action faces legal liability. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
‼️First the backstory
Last year, America First Action reported receiving $325,000 from Global Energy Producers LLC (GEP), a company formed weeks prior to the donation. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
🔑CLC filed a complaint last July calling for an investigation, since it appeared to be yet another example of shell corporations being used to funnel money to super PACs while evading any donor disclosure or accountability. 💰💦 campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
🔑CLC’s complaint noted that the individuals connected to GEP, the Ukrainian-born Igor Fruman and Russian-born Lev Parnas, met personally with President Trump at a small closed-door meeting in Washington just weeks before the $325,000 contribution. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
🔑In the year since the contribution and CLC’s complaint, Fruman and Parnas have become major players in Trumpworld.
Per NYT, the two have teamed up with President Trump’s attorney, Giulani, to solicit information from Ukraine about Biden’s son, Hunter. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
📌Parnas also connected Giulani with Ukraine’s top prosecutor.
But even as Parnas has leveraged his political contributions into political connections, spurned investors have kept on his trail. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
📌Parnas was recently hit with a $510,000 judgment in Florida for failing to pay back money he borrowed for a movie that was never made.
🔑And those documents reveal that GEP never contributed to America First Action.
🔑Wire transfer records show that another LLC managed by Parnas. Aaron Investments I, LLC, transferred $325,000 to America First Action on May 17, 2018. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
🔑The super PAC never disclosed receiving money from Aaron Investments I, LLC—it instead attributed the contribution to GEP. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
🔑It is not clear why Parnas or Fruman asked America First Action to misattribute the contribution, nor is it clear why the super PAC went along with this scheme. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
🔑But in doing so, America First Action violated the straw donor ban: it accepted a contribution from one entity, and reported it as having come from another entity. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
The story doesn’t end there.
Other wire transfer records show that just two days before making the super PAC contribution, Aaron Investments I, LLC received a $1.26 million transfer from the client trust account of a Miami real estate attorney campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
Named Russell S. Jacobs (the funds in a client trust account don’t belong to the attorney: they belong to the attorney’s client.) Huge no no.
🔑Absent that transfer, it appears that the LLC would not have had the funds to cover the $350,000 contribution. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
So the money used for the contribution appears to have come from Jacobs’ unknown client.
📌But note Jacobs, the real estate attorney, specializes in working with foreign real estate buyers & advising realtors on how to avoid federal requirements campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
📌Aimed at disclosure of foreign buyers who use shell companies to launder money through U.S. real estate.
📌In 2016, for example, he hosted a seminar titled “Avoid the Treasury Trap with Foreign Buyers.”
On May 15, 2018, a real estate attorney—whose practice involves foreign interests and shell companies—transferred $1.26 million from a client trust account to an LLC managed by Parnas. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
📌Two days later, that LLC contributed $325,000 to America First Action via a wire transfer.
📌America First Action then falsely attributed that contribution to “Global Energy Producers, LLC” on its FEC reports. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
🔑America First Action violated the law by filing this false report, which has kept the public in the dark about the true sources of its support. campaignlegal.org/update/new-wir…
🔑Parnas, Fruman, or others who engineered this scheme also violated the law by laundering the contribution through LLCs.
On Feb. 3, long-time Trump associate Felix Sater filed a cross-complaint in a NY federal court. The complaint alleges that Russian and Kazakhstan-connected individuals and entities conducted “a shadow intelligence operation of Sater and Trump. 🙄😂🙄 thefederalist.com/2022/02/04/law…
Please join me on a photo tour of beautiful & tranquil Père-Lachaise cemetery?
A visit to the Père-Lachaise cemetery is always on my itinerary — it is always so relaxing exploring the paths, lanes & trails as you always see something new & different & leave feeling relaxed.
This 1995 infrared photo is my favorite and standard I seek to duplicate each time I visit Père-Lachaise cemetery. 🤷♀️
Infrared photography is #oldskoll, but today I played in PhotoShop to see if I could render my newer color images w/ similar effects achieved as infrared film.
Here is a color image & its twin “infrared” rendered version.
Woodward book: Worried Trump could 'go rogue,' Milley took top-secret action to protect nuclear weapons cnn.com/2021/09/14/pol…
Gen. Milley 'was certain that Trump had gone into a serious mental decline in the aftermath of the election, with Trump now all but manic, screaming at officials and constructing his own alternate reality about endless election conspiracies.'
Milley's fear was based on his own observations of Trump's erratic behavior. His concern was magnified by the events of January 6 and the 'extraordinary risk' the situation posed to US national security, the authors write.

Jason Miller: Former Trump spokesman questioned for three hours by police in Brazil
“This afternoon my travelling party was questioned for three hours at the airport in Brasilia, after having attended this weekend’s CPAC Brasil Conference.”
One of the star speakers [CPAC Brazil] was the former US president’s eldest son Don Jr, who gave a live video address because of cancelled flights due to hurricane disruption in New York. He said Brazil had “a big decision to make next year”.
