Indigenous leader: “When a handicapped child is born” the policy is to “eat the baby” but “this is being promoted by the anthropologists.” Indigenous people who have left this behind don’t want to go back under the influence of liberation theology missionaries & anthropologists.
He also clarified that many indigenous tribes have abandoned the practice of cannibalism. However, often those who have not abandoned it are influenced and encouraged by indigents and anthropologists to remain in their primitive state.
