1 The collision of Trump’s worsening Frontotemporal dementia symptoms & the stunning exposure of his criminality is creating a spectacular eruption. It's fueled by his own delusion of grandeur that he must be his own spokesman bc “nobody does it better” when talking to the media.
2 Trump’s mind is fragmenting. His word finding continues to degrade to the point where rarely uses a complete sentence. He layers repetition in a chopped fashion, hoping ppl get it. John Heilemann's brilliant tweet tallies his use of “corruption” 23 times
3 Trump's ability to do a prepared speech, producing language from reading, is littered w neurological landmines. Different than word finding- he can't produce what he's seeing. Note his posture. When he spreads his hands he balances his gut on the podium
4 Most stunning this week was his multi-symptomatic performance at the Joint Chiefs ceremony. Swaying to stay upright, and this terrible clip where he's in a stupor, unaware he needs to move. General Milley's wife wanted to help him. Her look says it all.
5 Trump went to Walter Reed hospital (scene of prior crime) yesterday w/ the stated purpose to visit wounded warriors. No cameras were allowed for his entry & exit. There was limited access at the hospital. The stated schedule was tight & he returned 21 minutes later than planned
6 My immediate suspicion was he saw wounded warriors (no pics yet) & then may have received an MRI, which can be done in 30-60 minutes. An MRI is:
-About the only thing that couldn't be done at the WH
-Would be valuable to compare to a baseline MRI- He was at WR 10 months ago
7 How would we know if Trump's Walter Reed trip included an MRI? Well we know Walter Reed has been the scene of prior coverup actions to hide his health decline. Since anything goes in Trumpworld, we know we can't believe anything they say. We can also look at Trump himself.
8 Here's a b4 & after of Trump’s necktie. He has trouble doing the Half Windsor knot these days. Note the morning knot & the much deeper crevices later in the day. Having done 10k knots, I can tell you, he took his tie off & put the same tie back on. It raises the MRI possibility
9 For a deep dive in to Trump’s apocalyptic dementia collapse, here’s 21 laters of threads that go back chronologically. Commentary, videos, foot dragging, balance loss, speech decay and aberrant behavior.
10 There are many videos on this feed showing Trump's balance & gait issues. I predicted on 9/10 that it would worsen to where it would make news in 90 days. Daily Express reported it 14 days later. MSM will be reporting it soon. It goes fast. More on TL express.co.uk/news/world/118…
11 The key is to not be afraid of Trump's threats or think he’s a master Svengali, creating smokescreens, flooding the zone. He is highly symptomatic & impaired, in a unique situation where he’s propped up, has his needs catered to & can’t be questioned.
12 The arrogance of Trump's enablers extends to the fantasy that he could run in 2020 w/ advancing dementia. Not happening. Trump is lost in denial. He's lived his life in denial w/ truth being irrelevant. He lives a fantasy where he's a hero. He is the most cowardly patient ever

1 Biden, asked by Kaitlan Collins if the DOJ should prosecute ppl who defy 1/6 congressional subpoenas said “I do, yes.”
Later DOJ spox Anthony Coley said: “DOJ will make its own independent decisions in all prosecutions based solely on the facts and the law. Period. Full stop.”
2 This exchange between Biden & the DOJ is important.
-First…Biden should not have commented. The president is not supposed to weigh in on prosecution decisions
-The fact that Biden DID weigh in is a sign he’s losing patience w/ Garland’s inaction. Biden had vowed not to do this
3 The DOJ response from spokesperson Anthony Coley was unprofessional w/ its trendy, tough talk language- “Period. Full stop.” This is a disrespectful way to talk to their boss- the president. If this came from Garland it’s even worse. Grow up, do your job & leave out the drama.
This is a ridiculous story designed to cover up the immunity deal being floated to Assange by Rohrabacher and Trump agreeing to let Deripaska spring Assange.
1 Donald Trump‘s Dementia Redux. Trump’s time in the WH has always been a story about his dementia how they tried to hide it. Hiding his dementia to extend his stay was their greatest grift & changed the world. It even included fake physicals w/ bogus info given to the public.
2 Trump’s full diaper & what may be pull up pants startled ppl but that’s nothing compared to what’s ahead for him. Late stage dementia care, especially when the patient is off their feet involves things I won’t say here. Caregivers are heroes who do remarkable things for people.
3 Trump’s dementia was obvious to me when he came down the escalator in 2015. Since it was early, convincing ppl he was deteriorating was a heavy lift. The disease moves slowly over 12 to 15 years. His span will be about 2012 to 2024. Here are the first 4 tweets I ever did.
1 The Trumps (a.k.a. The Dollar Store Targaryens), will remain a fixture in the news after January 20. Their downfall, their exposed secrets, their arrests, their coming Civil War and their lame attempts to regain power. The insanity of the figurehead will be centerstage.
2 Their angle will be to siphon as much money as possible from supporters. Their goal is to leverage what they’ve discovered- That there is a very stupid segment of the American population, perhaps 20%, that you can say a lie to over and over again...and they will believe it.
3 The same people who believed the birther lie about Obama will also believe that the election was stolen. Note the similarity of the scam 10 years later- The birther lie was to say Obama shouldn’t be president & election fraud lie is to say Biden shouldn’t be president.
1 Dementia didn’t make Trump a bad person, he’s a bad person who acquired dementia.
Resolving feelings of hatred toward an abusive dementia patient is something families and friends often struggle with- asking themselves, what was the dementia, and what is the bad person?
2 Fortunately w/ Trump, we know he was a criminal long before dementia kicked in. In some ways we are fortunate that dementia made him far more obvious and far less effective at trying to destroy America. Who knows how far down we would’ve fallen if he had a functioning brain?
3 There is often a final time period where the patient is non-communicative, in a nursing home setting. The abuse stops, allowing a more clinical evaluation of what was the inner bad person & what was the illness. Still- everybody rewinds. (More on all of this in a podcast 2nite)
1 Trump must be removed before the election. It's absurd to allow him to run at this stage of dementia. It's not America. It's also a mistake to rely on voting when one party vows to disrupt the election. Rs have the edge if House delegations decide the election w/ 1 vote/state
2 How to remove him? Turn the screws on him hard, now.
-Indict Trump, Trump Org & kids for NY State crimes. Add superseding indictments after financials come
-Bring State charges against Trump's for Inaugural theft- per Stephanie Winston
-Leak his medical records
-Impeach Barr
3 Even if the election worked well & Biden was declared the winner on Nov 3, the destruction between Nov 4 & Jan20 would be awful. Secret US Intel would be at risk, US assets would be compromised & lives would be ruined. Documents & evidence would be destroyed. He needs to go now
