1 Donald Trump‘s Dementia Redux. Trump’s time in the WH has always been a story about his dementia how they tried to hide it. Hiding his dementia to extend his stay was their greatest grift & changed the world. It even included fake physicals w/ bogus info given to the public.
2 Trump’s full diaper & what may be pull up pants startled ppl but that’s nothing compared to what’s ahead for him. Late stage dementia care, especially when the patient is off their feet involves things I won’t say here. Caregivers are heroes who do remarkable things for people.
3 Trump’s dementia was obvious to me when he came down the escalator in 2015. Since it was early, convincing ppl he was deteriorating was a heavy lift. The disease moves slowly over 12 to 15 years. His span will be about 2012 to 2024. Here are the first 4 tweets I ever did. 
4 Trump’s degenerative neurological disease is called Frontotemporal Dementia. Most likely PSP imo. He needs extensive testing at a quality facility like the Mayo Clinic. Often comparison of MRIs overtime give a final diagnosis. FYI- Scott Atlas wrote the book on that. See TL

6 To those who only called Trump a narcissist & ignored his obvious neurological deterioration- it’s understandable to default to what’s familiar but doing so fucked over America. If you had helped acknowledge his degenerative neurological disease he could’ve been removed in 2017

8 If you’re writing a Trump biography- Maggie, Josh, Ashley and others, you should really go to school on dementia. You should report on how it was covered up at the highest levels. If you don’t go deep on his dementia, your books will be obsolete pretty quickly.
9 His family of grifters and enabler’s is so vile, they won’t remove him from these humiliating public situations. Rationalizing it with “it would hurt daddy’s feelings so much to receive a fatal dementia diagnosis” doesn’t cut it. They are a disgrace & only care about themselves
10 Trump is the ultimate coward & can’t bear the pain of bad news a/b his health. His doctors have softened it for him, giving him BS to make him think it’s not fatal. He’s too fragile & impaired to accept bad news- remember their words to him a/b Covid? He needs a legal guardian
