When we meet with Māori and Pasifika people connect with the right people
Don't rush off in the first flight, be respectful, listen well
#Teatoweltanga leaders don't just talk, but they also roll their sleeves up and get their hands "soapy"! if you are a guest, then no-one is going to invite you into the back of the kitchen. But if it's a small meeting, and you've got some time ...pick up a tea towel.)
Have some humility...
There are many other lessons. They all come from communities, mums and dads.
Good manners is not just a Māori thing, it's universal. We just need to remember what our mum taught us.
