3/ You could be a greeter

Or the person checking names the list of registered voters in the precinct

You may be assigned to a ballot receipt or ballot reader stations

And there are also floaters to help anyone who needs it

4/ One of the most important jobs you can do next year is show up, help verify voter identities, help them sign the register, affidavits or other required documents.

5/ Learn how ballot marking devices are set up for people of different abilities. They are wheelchair accessible and can even read the candidates’ names for visually impaired folks.

Become a poll observer on Election Day: Poll observers are assigned to a polling location on Election Day and help make sure every eligible voter is able to vote and have their vote counted.

9/ Have a little more time? - attend the public meetings of your county election commission. You’ll receive a wealth of information about how elections are conducted in your county & about election results.
