IO Satish Dagar informed the court that LOC has been opened against Somesh Prasad and LRs are pending in further probe.
CBI informs the court that the meetings and calls between Sathish Babu Sana and Manoj/Somesh Prasad were established. Sathish Sana also stood by his claim that he paid money for getting a favour in CBI in Moin Qureshi case but.......1/2

CBI informs that Rakesh Asthana and DSP Devender Kumar’s name has been out in Column 12 (which means they are not named as accused in chargesheet) as probe didn’t reveal their role.
The Judge asks - “why did you arrest your own DSP Devender Kumar and spoil his career when the main player (Somesh Prasad) is yet to be arrested?”
On Sathish Saba’s claim that he paid Rs 1 crore to Prasad brothers in Dubai as first instalment of the deal, CBI IO informs the judge that “there is no hard evidence of that payment”.
