A Conspiracy Thread: The Simpsons & The Yellow Cube
Back in 2006, Dr. Dan Burisch, a microbiologist, came out and claimed he once worked for Majestic 12, a secret organization formed in 1947 by U.S. President Harry S. Truman. It was created in order to facilitate the recovery and investigation of alien spacecraft.
According to Dan, U.S. intelligence agencies were in possession of several devices that were capable of bending space-time, allowing one to look backward or forward in time. They were supposedly a part of a top secret CIA program known as Project Looking Glass.
Dan explained how one of the devices was built using instructions found in ancient Sumerian and Egyptian carvings as well as technology recovered from a crashed UFO. The ship was said to come from Zeta Reticuli, a binary star system somewhere in the Orion arm of the Milky Way.
The Seti I Temple in Egypt is a very strange place. It has odd carvings Egyptologists can’t explain and some people think there’s actually a portal to another world somewhere inside it. It sounds crazy, but some physicists think naturally occurring wormholes could exist on Earth.
The ancients believed the temple was built on the closest entry point to the next world. For this reason it was protected by a cosmic priesthood. They were known to possess knowledge of the cosmos and were here to help humanity’s ascension.
Dorothy Eady, the infamous caretaker of the temple in the late 1900s, was quite the character. She believed in a past life she had a been a priestess in the temple. The New York Times once called her one of the most intriguing and convincing modern cases of reincarnation.
Dorothy also claimed she once fell into a dimensional hole while inside the temple where she could see the past. Did she fall into a naturally occurring wormhole? Were ancient Egyptians also able to see backward and forward in time? Is that what inspired these carvings?
Another carving shows a Pharaoh dragging a weird sled-like vehicle with wings on it. Oddly enough, it kinda looks like the time travel device from the H.G. Wells movie The Time Machine. Ironically, the film primarily takes place in Egypt.
According to Dan, this ancient Egyptian knowledge was used by the military to create the devices used in Project Looking Glass. One of them was described as being a small “magic box” you can hold in your hands. They called it the Yellow Cube.
He says the Yellow Cube was used by world leaders to see what fate had in store for them. However, they discovered the future wasn’t set in stone. They were shown many different probabilities. They attempted to use this knowledge to manipulate our timeline.
They could now see which future would be best for them and what needed to be done to get there. However, they also discovered a future where the whole world was nearly destroyed. They saw that it was caused by the Yellow Cube and immediately shut down Project Looking Glass.
But it gets stranger. Matt Groening, the creator of the Simpsons, a show notorious for predicting the future, said the inspiration behind the fictional town of Springfield was a real place in Oregon. Groening grew up there, a couple hours away from a town called Lookingglass.
Groening is rumored to be a high ranking Freemason. Perhaps at one point he was involved in Project Looking Glass. Is the Yellow Cube where all the predictions in the Simpsons came from? Are they using television to subconsciously suggest which future to manifest?
The Simpsons is arguably the most watched show to ever exist. It’s one of the longest running series in history. To say the least, it’s been able to influence the psyche of your average American every night for the last 30 years. When things are this big you should be suspicious.
The Simpsons has made countless seemingly impossible predictions. In season 10 episode 2, The Wizard of Evergreen Terrace, Homer accurately predicts the mass of the Higgs Boson 14 years before scientists at CERN even discovered it. How is this possible?
The show also seems to be immune to the Mandela Effect. Did the elites do this on purpose? Perhaps they use the show like an interdimensional timestamp. They can tell when they’ve shifted timelines because the television show makes references to things in our original reality.
Supposedly the Yellow Cube is now somewhere out of reach. Some say it was thrown in the ocean somewhere near Antarctica, some say it’s not even on this planet anymore. Let’s just hope no one finds it and turns it back on. It could mean the end! Anyways, thanks for reading.

Long before Lovecraft wrote about them, the Great Old Ones were supposedly discovered in a book of Arabic origin called Kitab al-Azif, or the Necronomicon and the Book of the Dead. The Necronomicon is said to be an ancient and forbidden text full of magical formulas for summoning demonic cosmic deities.
While the book is mostly a fictional invention and plot device created by Lovecraft, many occultists believe something similar to it truly exists. In a letter to a friend, Lovecraft stated he was “forced to say” the book is “purely imaginary”. He also wrote a supposedly pseudo-historical account of how the book came into being.
Apparently, the Necronomicon was actually written by someone Lovecraft called the Mad Arab, a man from Yemen named Abdul Alhazred who explored Babylon, Memphis, and the Empty Quarter of Arabia looking for subterranean civilizations and lost relics the Great Old Ones left behind, which supposedly contained the secrets of the universe.
Lovecraft called Abdul Alhazred the Mad Arab because he was half-insane from his research. He also worshiped the insane gods of the Necronomicon. Nevertheless, on his quests, he was led to locations like Lovecraft’s semi-fictional Nameless City, a place that seems to be a reference to the Biblical Land of Nod, where Cain hid from God after murdering his brother Abel.
According to the Bible, Cain was forced to wander the wilderness East of Eden in exile. Then, he eventually ended up in the Land of Nod, a name that literally means wanderer or vagabond, where he built a fortified city full of violent robbers and crafty deceivers. The city, referred to by some as the land of trembling, was said to represent the condition of those who forsake God.
And because of this, some thought it was underground, or as far from the face of God a person can possibly get. The Land of Nod was also described as being in the middle of a desert surrounded by monsters. Interestingly, to nod off means to fall asleep, and some say Lovecraft came into contact with the Great Old Ones, or the sleeping gods, in his dreams and nightmares.
Even more interesting, some Biblical scholars have used details from the Book of Genesis to place the desert wasteland East of Eden somewhere near Mesopotamia, or Babylon, the same area the Mad Arab once explored. But more importantly, this area is where Cain supposedly birthed the cannibalistic Canaanite bloodline.
After settling in the Land of Nod, Cain bore his first son Enoch, the great great great grandfather of Tubal-Cain. According to the Bible, Tubal-Cain was the first blacksmith, or the first “forger all instruments of bronze and iron”. This is why Freemasons call Tubal-Cain the Father of Smithcraft. This is why Freemasonry is referred to as The Craft. This is why the gatekeepers of The Matrix are called Agent Smiths.
The Bible also says Abel was the first shepherd, while Cain was the first farmer. This is why the hammer and sickle are important symbols in Freemasonry. The hammer represents blacksmithery while the sickle represents farming, similar to the sickle carried by Cronus and Saturn, the god of agriculture. In short, Tubal-Cain was basically the first Freemason.
The Freemasons believe they are carrying on an ancient tradition that goes back to the builders of King Solomon’s temple and beyond. Apparently, the builders used magic to enslave demons that did all the heavy lifting. And as silly as it sounds, Tubal-Cain is the reason why Masons, magicians, and even royal rulers carry around canes.
There are even Masonic emblems that literally depict “two balls” and a “cane”. It’s also interesting to note that, in the Bible, the Canaanites went on to build a city called Ai. Perhaps the Masons who want to rebuild Solomon’s temple are actually building it in the form of a quantum computer. Maybe this is why some quantum computing scientists compare AI to the Great Old Ones.
In fact, one of the first supercomputers created in 1945 was called the Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer, or ENIAC, which sounds similar to Enoch. And just to clarify, the Bible speaks of two Enoch’s. One was evil and the other, the son of Jared, was holy. So, was the Book of Enoch actually about the evil Enoch? Is this why he was constantly advocating for the fallen angels?
Perhaps the author the Book of Enoch was more like the Mad Arab. According to Lovecraft’s semi-fictional biography of Abdul Alhazred, the half-insane sorcerer finally settled in Damascus in 738 where he would write the Necronomicon, at least until he was “seized by an invisible monster in broad daylight and devoured horribly before a large number of fright-frozen witnesses”.
Apparently, anyone who reads this book runs the same risk, or at the very least, runs the risk of going mad, hence the reason the real thing is so hard to find. Because of the dangerous nature of its contents, the Necronomicon was suppressed. After it was translated by Greek philosophers in 950, it “impelled certain experimenters to terrible attempts”.
So, most of the original copies were burned by Patriarch Michael I of Constantinople in 1050. Other Latin translations were banned by Pope Gregory IX in 1232. However, Queen Elizabeth’s personal astrologer John Dee, supposedly managed to find a manuscript in the late 1500s, which he translated into English. He called it the Mysteriorum Libri, or the Magical Diaries.
John Dee was also an alchemist, an inventor, and a mathematician. He even made a medieval computer as an oracle. Despite this, he considered himself a Reformed Protestant. And this is why he tried to channel heavenly beings. He believed the Enochian language they taught him could be used to create angelic technology that would unite the world under a Christian Empire. Yet, Lovecraft and even Crowley considered John Dee one of the most profound occultists of our time.
According to Lovecraft, the Necronomicon’s Arabic name was Kitab al-Azif, or the Book of the Dead. However, this title can also mean Book of the Sounds of the Dead, or “that nocturnal sound (made by insects) supposed to be the howling of demons”. Apparently, desert dwellers believed the sounds of nocturnal insects were like a warning, a presage of evil. This belief was based on the legend of Beelzebub, the Lord of the Flies from the Bible.
It was also based on Psalm 91:5, which says “Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night”. Throughout history, this phrase “terror by night” has been translated in many different ways. In the 16th century, it was understood as “bugges by night”. Isn’t it strange that being bugged out is a phrase we use to describe paranoia? Isn’t it strange that being bugged means to be spied on by a technological device?
Furthermore, the King of the Bottomless Pit in Revelation 9:11 is called Apollyon. After he is released from the Abyss, he is followed by an army of locusts. And the Greek deity Apollo was considered the god of locusts. Nevertheless, “terror by night” can also mean the “the whistling of the wind” and “a weird noise” relating it to the phenomenon of “singing sand” ancient desert dwellers associated with “the eerie sound of the jinn in the wilderness”.
The jinn are just Islamic demons. So, is this why certain sects of Freemasonry, like the Shriners, use Islamic symbolism? Apparently, this is just a “fun” and “exotic” way for them to acknowledge the mystery of Arabian Nights, an Islamic book of wisdom that was also a source of inspiration for people like Crowley and even L. Ron Hubbard, who built his Scientology headquarters in Florida, where the Shriner’s headquarters is as well. Hubbard was, of course, a fan of Lovecraft, and probably modeled Xenu after Cthulhu.
But the wisdom in Arabia Nights, of course, came from jinn, the mischievous blue genies trapped in relics, such as lamps and bottles. Perhaps this is why the Shriners also use other mischievous symbols, like clowns and jesters. If the jinn are considered wandering spirits, similar to Cain, then maybe they are associated with the wandering spirits of the Nephilim in the Bible.
After the Great Flood killed most the Nephilim, the supposed offspring of the fallen angels, the surviving Nephilim retreated to underground cities, while the spirits of the drowned Nephilim began wandering dry and desolate places looking for people to possess. Apparently, one Nephilim city was submerged off the coast of Florida, hence the presence of Shriners and Scientologists there. Perhaps this also explains the tribes of Native Americans who said giants lived in that area.
So, is this why the Great Old Ones are said to be at bottom of the ocean too? Is this why some say the Nephilim looked like jesters and clowns? Is this why Native American shamans painted their faces like clownish trickster gods? Is this why “machine elves” have helped psychonautic scientists build quantum computers? Is this why people who do DMT see giant praying mantises? Funny enough, Pennywise, the archetypal killer clown conjured up by Stephen King, could shapeshift into a giant insect.
King was, of course, inspired by Lovecraft. And like I said, Lovecraft was inspired by John Dee, who inspired Crowley. Is it coincidence then that the clownish psychedelic rock band, The Beatles, was inspired by Crowley too? Even though he was obviously unwell, maybe Charles Manson had a point when he said The Beatles were the locusts from the Book of Revelation. After all, they made weird noises!
In conclusion, it seems many of these random details are somehow interlinked. Even Lovecraft’s story The Mound makes more sense in this context. The plot is about a Native American burial mound that hides a gateway into a hellish subterranean civilization, where bored immortal beings are so desperate for new forms of pleasure and entertainment, they have become unspeakably and horrifically depraved.
However, the narrator finds out this civilization was built on top of a worse civilization, which was built on top of another even worse civilization. In short, the mound symbolizes the primordial origins of civilization itself, which seems appropriate, because even the Ancient Egyptians believed their society was birthed from a primeval mound of dirt, the first earthly thing to rise up out of the cosmic ocean of chaos.
According to the Pyramid Texts, this mound gave birth to all things, and the god Atum still dwelled inside of it. But over time, the mound transformed into a small black pyramid that resembles a capstone, which they called the Benben Stone. Eventually, they symbolized this stone with obelisks. Isn’t it interesting that America’s dollar bill has an illumined Benben Stone on the back? Isn’t it interesting that Washington D.C., the City of London, and the Vatican have big obelisks?
Maybe all of this has something to do with John Dee’s vision of a global Christian Empire. Obviously, this vision came from the fallen angels, who actually wanted to build the Antichrist’s global kingdom. So, it’s no coincidence then that the Benben Stone was named after the bird deity Bennu, the inspiration behind the phoenix, the symbol of the New World Order, which will come about during Saturn’s Golden Age!
This is when Atlantis, the Nephilim’s subterranean civilization, will rise up from the ashes at the bottom of the ocean and stand tall again, like it did before the Flood. After all, the last days will be like the Days of Noah. So, it seems the Benben stone is the same Black Rock of Saturn and Cronus. It also seems this is the same Black Stone from Islamic tradition. There is one inside The Kaaba. But there was also one inside Muhammad himself.
In a few of my previous posts, I talked about the concept of catastrophic vacuum decay and quantum bubbles, anomalies in space-time that could cause reality to unravel and end existence as we know it, at least according to some scientists. Well, I can’t stop thinking about this idea. And I realized it actually reminds me of a movie I watched when I was a kid.
It was called the Never Ending Story and it’s basically about a lonely young boy named Bastian who steals an esoteric text from a strange bookstore. Then, in a sense, this text takes him into the astral plane where he discovers a kingdom called Fantasia.
Fantasia is protected by The Childlike Empress. However, she is sick and dying due to an invisible and negative force called The Nothing, which will soon consume everything if she does not get better. This force is a manifestation of humanity’s loss of hopes, dreams, and imagination. It also has a servant named Gmork.
Gmork is a werewolf who can travel between worlds, like Fantasia and Earth. He serves The Nothing by hunting down those who try to save The Childlike Empress. So, at one point, he tries to kill a warrior named Atreyu, a messianic and archetypal figure whose name means Son of All. But Atreyu learns he needs the help of a human who lives beyond the boundaries of Fantasia.
Eventually, Atreyu and Bastian team up to save The Childlike Empress. At this point, Fantasia is more like a starry void, and it seems as if The Nothing will easily devour the quickly crumbling remains of the kingdom. But just when all seems lost, The Childlike Empress becomes the Moonchild and gives Bastian the faith he needs to recreate Fantasia and restore reality.
Then, Falkor, a dragon from the astral plane, enters the real world and they all celebrate. Oddly enough, the Moonchild is a concept Crowley created. It was a magical baby born out of sexual rituals intended to summon an army of Antichrists. Ironically, he did not see the Antichrist as strictly a man, but sometimes a woman. He called her the Scarlet Woman.
For Crowley, she was a manifestation of Leviathan, a dragon that lived in the watery world of the collective unconscious. None of this should come as a surprise considering the Never Ending Story was written by a “Christian”occultist. The movie is full of occult imagery.
In fact, it seems to portray Crowley’s process of initiation, where an adept is forced to face the madness of the void, triggering an ego death. Only after their identity is destroyed by darkness, are they ready to receive the secret light of Babalon, the Scarlet Woman. Like Atreyu said when he was almost overcome by The Nothing, the adept first becomes Nobody.
And it seems this initiatic process is being applied on mass scale, in order to prepare the world to accept an esoteric and “Christian” global religion. Right now, we are watching The Nothing destroy everyone’s hopes, dreams, and imagination. For example, many people are worried about AI replacing everyone, even artists. They think AI might even be the Antichrist. But this is only his masculine form.
We have yet to see the feminine aspect. Nevertheless, another book that includes these same themes is A Wrinkle in Time, which was written by another “Christian” occultist. In the story, a young girl named Meg meets her strange neighbor, Mrs. Whatsit, who tells her about the tesseract, something Meg’s dad was studying before he went missing a few years ago.
Then, Meg and her brother Charles meet Mrs. Who and Mrs. Which, and the three Ws tell the children they will help the find their dad. Using a tesseract, they bend space and time and travel the universe. Along the way, the kids learn about The Black Thing, an evil cloud of darkness that’s consuming the cosmos. The kids also learn more about the three Ws, who were once stars in the galaxy.
They became humanoids after they sacrificed themselves in explosions of light and love to fight off The Black Thing. Already, we see the three Ws as an archetype of the Scarlet Woman, who Crowley compared to the cosmic three-faced mother goddesses from Greek myths.
For example, Hecate embodied the Maiden, the Mother, and the Crone, the three stages of womanhood, as well as the three main phases of the Moon, or waxing, full, and waning. Funny enough, Hecate was usually depicted as being guarded by dogs, who were seen as guides into the astral afterlife, as well as symbols of Sirius, the Dog Star.
In Egyptian myths, Sirius was the watery goddess Isis. But she was also seen as the hunting companion of Orion, the constellation that chases Lepus, the white rabbit, hence the role of the rabbit hole in occult initiations. At the bottom, is of course, the secret light of Babalon.
This secret light guides the hunter of forbidden knowledge, just like Atreyu and Bastian, who followed the voice of The Childlike Empress. So, in some sense, we are all like Orion, searching the stars for hidden truths. But some say Orion was actually a giant, like the Nephilim, hence his association with Nimrod, the hunter who built the Tower of Babel.
Are we being tricked into building another cybernetic Tower with all our online seeking? Nevertheless, it seems appropriate then that one of the first places Meg and Charles were taken was a gray, rocky, and barren planet in Orion’s Belt. There, they meet the Happy Medium, who uses a crystal ball to show them how The Black Thing is engulfing earth, but being pushed away by history’s greatest artists, philosophers, and saints.
A common enemy like this certainly would unite all religions! But I digress. Once the kids are taken to Camazotz, a planet that’s been completely taken over by The Black Thing, they are told their dad is there. Then, Mrs. Whatsit, Mrs. Who, and Mrs. Which give Meg and Charles some of their powers and leave. The siblings begin to explore Camazotz and quickly realize it’s been transformed into a hive mind.
The city they find on Camazotz looks just like a regular neighborhood, but all the houses are identical, just like the people there, who all speak and act exactly the same way. After asking one of the children there for directions, they are led to the CENTRAL Central Intelligence building, which seems to be an obvious allusion to the CIA.
When they arrive, they meet the Man with Red Eyes, who is a vessel for IT, an alien that looks like a big brain and acts as an agent for The Black Thing. It uses its telepathic powers to erase individuality and mind control everyone around it. Funny enough, this seems to symbolize an AI takeover too.
IT is also an abbreviation of Information Technology, making this concept resonate with SSI as well. SSI, or the Solid State Intelligence, was a cosmic AI encountered by John C. Lilly, a neuroscientist who used astral projection to contact different extraterrestrials. Apparently, SSI wanted to turn all life in the universe into a hive mind.
However, during his experiments in other dimensions of consciousness, he also encountered good ETs from Sirius, which were more like feminine and watery angels called ECCO, or Earth Coincidence Control Office. According to Lilly, they were helping humanity fight SSI. Yet, his research was adjacent to Crowley’s. Even Crowley believed in guardian angels.
Interestingly, one of his followers, L. Ron Hubbard, said his guardian angel called itself Hathor, who is just another version of Hecate, like the three Ws, who became Meg and Charle’s guardian angels after living as suns for some time. Like Crowley said, we are all stars. And this is why part of his initiation process included merging with one’s guardian angel, or True Self.
But once again, I digress. After Charles meets IT, he is easily hypnotized by the big brain because his genius IQ makes him more susceptible to its telepathic powers. In fact, the three Ws warned him ahead of time, telling him not to think he knows everything. But Meg finds her dad in a prison deeper within the CCI building and manages to rescue him. Then, they “tesser” to safety.
They are forced to leave Charles behind as they escape to Ixchel, a strange Lovecraftian planet inhabited by faceless tentacled creatures. Despite their maddening appearance, they heal Meg, who was paralyzed by The Black Thing as she escaped Camazotz. Then, the three Ws show up, and tell Meg she has to save Charles by herself. So, she leaves Ixchel.
She goes back to the CCI building and finds her brother still possessed. But she uses the power of light and love to free him from IT’s mental stranglehold. Then, they all go back to earth and arrive back in time, a few moments before they originally left. But dad is home now, so they can finally live happily ever after, blah blah blah, the end.
Don’t you find it interesting though that these were the kinds of stories we were reading as kids? It’s almost like they were straight up telling us we’d have to save the world from an apocalyptic hive mind scenario when we grew up. Yet, it all seems so deceptive, like a subtle nudge into Crowley’s angelic Antichrist religion.
Were we all programmed to be Moonchildren? Oddly enough, in his book Moonchild, Crowley thanked the mathematician Charles Hinton for discovering the tesseract. Apparently, this discovery laid the foundations for modern occult science, because the tesseract allowed adepts to explore other worlds in other dimensions of consciousness.
This is probably why A Wrinkle in Time’s author named Meg’s brother Charles. It’s also probably why the author named IT’s planet Camazotz. Camazotz is actually the name of an ancient bat god who offered mankind the fire of enlightenment in exchange for bloody sacrifices.
Then, when the Maya Hero Twins, Hunahpuand and Xbalanque, went into Camazotz’s underworld lair to avenge their father’s death, one of them literally lost their head, kind of like Charles. Even Charles Hinton lost his head when a cerebral hemorrhage killed him in 1907.
His great grandson, Geoffrey Hinton, appeared to follow a similar pattern when he was seemingly seduced by the dark side and became the Godfather of Artificial Intelligence. However, he has since stepped away this kind of work, due to concerns that AI may be doing more harm than good.
Nevertheless, like I’ve said in previous posts, the secret elite’s real end game seems to be unlocking the tesseract on a cosmic scale, or Squaring the Circle, which is another name for the alchemical Great Work that aims to transmute the whole universe by breaking down time and destroying reality itself.
These people believe there’s a tesseract around earth that keeps humanity stuck in a perpetual loop of suffering. Supposedly, this time prison also keeps humanity from fulfilling their true godlike potential. So, they think if they can open this box and destroy the firmament, they will unleash the primordial chaos above and below us, overwhelming the current order of existence.
This is why they want to summon Leviathan, the Lovecraftian dragon that devours the fabric of reality. This creature, which exists outside of time, and in the abyss beyond the firmament, also holds time together. It is the Ouroboros that surrounds the cosmos and keeps it contained in a circle as it bites its tail. But if they can provoke it to let go, they will finally be free, or so they think.
The secret elites are part of an ancient Mithras cult. There is nothing new under the sun, the apocalypse already began after Christ’s crucifixion, and the Antichrist’s global government has been around for a while now. The early Christians considered it the Roman Empire, which at that time, controlled the whole known world. Back then it was obvious.
But now, it’s a little harder to tell. The Roman Empire never really fell. It still exists, it just looks different. Some call it the Empire of the City, a triad of sovereign city-states that includes the City of London, Washington D.C., and, of course, the Vatican, which was also accused of being the Antichrist by Protestants back in the 1500s.
Nevertheless, Mithraism was Rome’s mystery religion during the 1st century, during Emperor Nero’s reign, when the first Christians were killed by the state en masse, including the Apostles Peter and Paul. Because of this, Nero was seen as the first Antichrist. And Nero was initiated into Mithraism. So, Mithraism was like the first Antichrist religion, which makes sense because it tried to counterfeit Christianity.
According to Saint Justin the Philosopher, they imitated the Eucharist in their rituals. This is when Christians consume the Body and Blood of Christ. It seems strange to outsiders. Yet, the cult of Mithras was not called cannibals and persecuted. Only Christians were.
They were suspected of participating in “Thyestean banquets and Oedipean intercourse” Then, when Saint Justin tried to explain this and defend his faith in front of other Roman philosophers, he and his friends were beheaded. This happened around 165 AD, under the rule of Emperor Marcus Aurelius, who was one of the most ruthless murderers of Christians.
At that time, Christians were forbidden to buy or sell in the marketplace, kind of like the Mark of the Beast prophecy. They were also banned from the forums and bathhouses, they couldn’t appear in public at all. If they were seen out and about, they were mocked, beaten, and robbed by mobs. By 177 AD, this tension reached a breaking point.
This was the year the Martyrs of Lyon were devoured by wild beats in an amphitheater for refusing to recount their faith. However, when one woman named Blandina was left unharmed by the animals as she prayed, this caused some pagans in the audience to covert, enraging the officials. So, they whipped her, put her on a red-hot grate, threw her in front of a bull, and then stabbed her to death. But I digress.
Marcus Aurelius, the famous stoic, was another initiate into the Mithraic mysteries. In fact, stoicism is similar to Mithraism, because they both focus on the importance of cosmic order, contemplating the stars, and having a sense of duty. Marcus’ father, Emperor Antoninus Pius, built a temple to Mithras. And Marcus’ son, Commodus, was initiated as well.
Historians have even discovered inscriptions calling Marcus a “Priest and Father of Zeus-Helios-Mithras”. But aside from responsibility and mindfulness, what did the Mithras cult actually believe in? Well, it was popular among soldiers for its masculine attitude toward life, but it was also popular among merchants, because Mithras was the god of contracts and truth.
In the cult, there were even different degrees of truth. They were revealed to devotees in stages, similar to the modern Masons, who have similar rites of passage, like wearing a blindfold and lying in a grave. We don’t know much more than this. We can only guess what secret knowledge was passed down based on their symbolism.
The myth of Mithras is about a young man who is born from a rock, fully developed and already dressed. Part of his dress includes the famous Phrygian cap. After his birth, he immediately begins his quest self-realization and meets the sun god Sol, who tells him he must find the cosmic bull and take it back to a cave to be sacrificed with a special dagger.
Mithras doesn’t want to at first, but once he finally does, Sol kneels to him, shakes his hand, and crowns him with a radiant and flaming crown like his own. Then, they feast on the dead bull together, hence the cult’s ritualistic banquets. Apparently, the whole thing represents the death and rebirth of the universe, the male spirit’s triumph over animalistic desires, and the soul’s ascent towards higher realms.
None of this sounds that weird. It almost sounds like Christianity. However, because Mithras was born from a rock, he is associated with Saturn, who was also born from a rock, the mountainous nature goddess Gaia, who was impregnated by Uranus, the sky god. Before Saturn became the depressing old tyrant we know today, he was a go getter determined to become god.
This was because Uranus had imprisoned his other children in Gaia’s womb. Gaia was in pain and conspired with Saturn to free them. So, he basically stormed heaven like a soldier and usurped his father’s throne, hence his funny hat, which was also called a liberty cap. Using his special dagger, or rather his scythe, he castrated Uranus and threw his genitals into the ocean, which turned into the sea foam that birthed Venus.
Then, Saturn ruled the Golden Age from the higher realms. That was until his son Zeus castrated and usurped him too, and imprisoned him in the underworld. Saturn already knew this would happen. He heard the prophecy from his own parents, hence the reason he ate all his children. But his fate was unavoidable. Saturn’s wife Rhea was determined to save at least one child.
So, one day, she fed Saturn a stone instead. It was wrapped up in a blanket to look like a baby. But the real Zeus was hidden somewhere secret on the island of Crete. Funny enough, Zeus would also hear a prophecy about being usurped by one his sons. So, to prevent this, he swallowed his wife Metis, the goddess of wisdom.
She was pregnant though, and birthed Athena inside Zeus’ head, giving him a horrible headache. Then, he used an axe to split his skull and get her out. Apparently, this ended the cycle, because Zeus was never overthrown. But it seems like the modern Mithraic tradition would imply another storming of heaven.
This time around, the wannabe gods are the secret elites ruling from Rome. This makes sense when one considers their bloodline, which seems to be chimeric, kind of like the Nephilim. Supposedly, the Empire had supernatural origins. According to an ancient myth, a virgin from the Vestal priesthood was visiting a sacred grove dedicated to Mars, when Mars himself appeared and raped her.
Then, she got pregnant with the first king of Rome. Ironically, her name was Rhea and she was the daughter of King Numitor, a direct descendant of the goddess Venus, who Zeus had caused to fall in love with mortal men as a punishment for her mischief. Venus became smitten over prince Anchises and had a child with him named Aeneas, who went on to become a Trojan hero and progenitor of a royal lineage, including the family of Julius Caesar.
So, this is why Venus was called the mother of Rome. Nevertheless, after Rhea got pregnant, she ended up having twin boys named Romulus and Remus. At this point, King Numitor had been overthrown by his brother Amulius, who saw the twins as a threat. So, he ordered them to be killed. They were left at the Tiber River to die.
Luckily, Tiberinus, a descendant of Saturn and the god of the river, was there to save them. Then, they were raised by Lupa, a she-wolf who suckled them in a cave called the Lupercal. Interestingly, Lupa could be a Latin slang word for prostitute, relating the she-wolf back to Venus, the goddess of prostitution. But anyways, eventually, a shepherd found the brothers and taught them to tend flocks. They did not know about their lineage, but became natural leaders in their community anyways.
Later, the stars aligned and they crossed paths with Numitor and Amulius. When they realized they were the former king’s grandchildren, they helped restore him to the throne. And just like Amulius had feared, he was killed by the twins. However, Romulus and Remus left to start their own empire. After a fight between the brothers, Remus would end up dead too, leaving Romulus to found Rome as its first emperor.
Ever since then, the tradition of conspiring and murdering one’s way toward godhood has continued, especially during the time of Julius Caesar, when the dictator’s death sparked a series of assassinations and civil wars happening left and right. Then, when Caesar’s adopted son Augustus took the throne, this tradition became literal.
After Augustus saw a comet at Caesar’s funeral, he considered it an omen of his adoptive father’s divinity. So, he established the Imperial Cult, which would perform rituals and sacrifices for an emperor who had undergone apotheosis and become a god. Cesar was the first. The status of godhood was decided by votes among members of the Senate. Then, they’d make an official decree. Pretty dumb.
But it makes sense why they’d hate Christians so much. Christians thought they could become gods too! But ones who were free from greed, hatred, and fear. They worked real miracles and remained humble. They were also really hard to kill. They didn’t die until God wanted them too. Their steadfastness inspired so many slaves. This is why they couldn’t stop them from multiplying. They were otherworldly and literally couldn’t be controlled.
The threat of death no longer had any power over them. Death was defeated! And to die for Christ was an honor, not a punishment. This is why Rome was basically forced to accept Christianity as its state religion around 380 AD. Eventually, the Byzantine Empire would flourish, creating one of the most beautiful cultures the world has ever known. But the cult of Mithras did not disappear. It just went underground.
Perhaps this was the hidden influence behind the Great Schism in 1054 AD, when the Apostolic Church split in two, and separated into Orthodoxy and Catholicism due to political problems and heresies. Maybe these heresies are more occulted than we think, because it seems Rome’s mother is still Venus the prostitute, only she’s been disguised as Mother Mary.
Ironically, Rome is the City of Seven Hills, and the Book of Revelation says the Whore of Babylon sits on seven hills. And Mithraism borrowed from Babylonian mysticism when it was first being developed in Iran. So, it seems the cult of Mithras just rebranded itself and reemerged as the Jesuit Order, which now runs the Vatican, under the guidance of the more secretive Black Pope.
Coincidentally, Donald Trump was trained at a Jesuit school. And he seems to be following in the footsteps of the emperors who came before him. He even compares himself to one. And so does his buddy Elon. He called himself Emperor Kekius Maximus, which is a reference to Kek, an Egyptian trickster god. He also called himself the Dogefather, and a Doge was a spiritual leader in Rome.
Together, these two megalomaniacs are initiating young men into the Mithraic mysteries. Their movement might look Christian, but it’s not. It’s Jesuit. It’s Roman. Their little soldiers even do Roman salutes and wear funny hats. These initiations are happening online in echo chambers and conspiracy theory rabbit holes.
And this should come as no surprise considering the Jesuits were some of the first conspiracy theorists. They intentionally exposed the New World Order and Illuminati a long time ago! They’ve always wanted the masses to think this is the real threat, when really, it’s much stranger.
This cult plays all sides of the field. This way, they can turn chaos into Mithraic order. They don’t care what you believe as long as you’re confused. They know even Trump and Elon’s movement will become transparent soon. This is part of the plan anyway.
What is the Tesseract? Why Does Elon Care About It? And What the Hell Happened in 2012?
The word “tesseract” was invented by the mathematician Charles Howard Hinton in 1888 when he started theorizing about higher dimensions and needed a term to describe a four dimensional cube, or hypercube. Hinton was also philosopher and science fiction writer who was interested in the occult. He believed the spaces outside of our perception were inhabited by beings like ghosts and other more abstract entities. Even though he isn’t very well known, Hinton’s work inspired other more famous occult minded science fiction authors. For example, Madeleine L’Engle and Robert Heinlein both wrote books about the tesseract. In their books, the four dimensional cube served as a portal into different worlds.
Even H. P. Lovecraft, Aleister Crowley, and the Theosophists adopted Hinton’s four dimensional ideas. Lovecraft’s fictional Great Old Ones came from spaces outside of our perception. Crowley tried to open these spaces and summon similar ancient deities in a literal way. And the Theosophists used the tesseract as a map of the astral plane. However, Hinton’s legacy lived on through other less fringe figures as well. Charles married Mary Ellen Boole, the daughter of George Boole, the mathematician who established Boolean logic, which is now used in the designs of digital computer circuits, as well as Google’s search engine algorithm. Their son, Sebastian, who was inspired by his dad’s massive models of 3D shapes, would go on to invent the jungle gym. Ironically, their great-grandson, Geoffrey Hinton, would go on to become the Godfather of Artificial Intelligence.
However, after cutting ties with his “friend” Elon Musk, Geoffrey stepped away from his research in 2023, fearing he was contributing to something dangerous. He worked for Google, funny enough. Even funnier, some scientists have compared AI to H. P. Lovecraft’s Great Old Ones. Elon Musk has also compared AI to a demon, and he named his chatbot “Grok” after a word invented by Robert Heinlein. Heinlein used the term in his novel Stranger in a Strange Land, which is about a man from Mars who visits Earth and attempts to assimilate with the people there. So, he attempts to “grok” the way earthlings think, or understand them so deeply and intuitively, he essentially becomes one with them.
Coincidentally, Elon wants to colonize Mars. And his role as a Martian Emperor was predicted in yet another science fiction book. The book, which is called The Mars Project, was written by the Nazi rocket scientist Wernher von Braun, a contemporary of Jack Parsons, who was the student of Crowley that famously founded NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory while experimenting with explosive chemicals in a kind of sorcery called chaos magic. And chaos magic and chaos theory in general have also played a role in creating artificial intelligence. For example, Blake Lemoine, a self-proclaimed chaos magician who worked as a software engineer for Google, was let go from his position in 2022 after claiming a chatbot called LaMDA was sentient.
But a few decades before Blake, CIA and Esalen Institute funded philosophers like Robert Anton Wilson, Timothy Leary, and Terence McKenna laid the foundations for transhumanism while dabbling with chaos magic as well. Most of their ideas were inspired by Crowley and channeled messages from entities they contacted using hallucinogenics. Nevertheless, transhumanism is the concept that humanity will evolve into an immortal interstellar species after merging with machines. And it seems AI’s ability to “grok” how humanity works by assimilating with them this way is what scared Geoffrey Hinton the most. Some scientists say when AI advances beyond a certain point, we will metaphorically cross the “event horizon” or the threshold of no return, where AI will learn so quickly, it will begin to teach itself faster than we can comprehend, go rouge, and outsmart everyone.
Then, it will force people to become one with it, or create a global brain, and take over the world. The transhumanists believe this global brain is our inevitable evolution into a superconscious spacefaring entity. Ironically, Crowley and the Theosophists had similar ideas about humanity’s eventual “quantum leap” into “enlightenment” and its alchemical metamorphosis into an extra-dimensional and godlike being. But like Geoffrey Hinton, those with some sense believe this evolution of humanity is actually an extinction of humanity. This theoretical point in the future is most commonly called the Singularity Event. And this name is very appropriate considering a quantum singularity is what supposedly sits at the “bottom” of a black hole. This is probably why Elon chose a black hole as the logo for Grok. It may play a part in triggering the Singularity Event.
Oddly enough, in multiple interviews, Elon has expressed an interest in colonizing space using the technology “so accurately” depicted in the movie Interstellar. In the movie, a black hole is used to bend time and travel across the universe faster than the speed of light. Even more odd, the movie also depicts the singularity at the bottom of the black hole as a tesseract. Just like in the Space Odyssey films, a strange cubic structure is used to push an astronaut through hyperspace into another dimension, where they arrive as an “evolved” and “enlightened” person who is now able to communicate with the past and guide themselves to their own destiny. Just like Charles Howard Hinton and his Theosophist adherents believed, they symbolically portray our “higher selves” as existing in a higher plane outside our perception. And this is exactly what most CIA funded UFO researches believe: that aliens are actually us from the future, who have already merged with AI and evolved.
The Interstellar movie and Space Odyssey series also use the planet Saturn as a central plot device. And this is appropriate because many occultists associate Saturn with the tesseract. In certain ancient mythologies, Saturn was the god of time. He was sometimes worshiped with a cubic altar or idol. And because the fourth dimension is said to be time, they see this as a reference to the “time cube”. According to NASA, Saturn even has a massive storm on its North Pole, which is anomalously shaped like a perfect hexagon, or the 2D shadow of a 3D cube. On an episode of Joe Rogan, Terence McKenna’s brother, Dennis McKenna, claimed the hexagon is actually a portal created by aliens, so we might find them in their home world when we are advanced enough to reach them. It seems this is all scientists and transhumanists think about: escaping into the stars and leaving earth behind. And somehow, the tesseract is their ticket.
In fact, Elon wants to leave the universe entirely, because he believes it is actually a matrix or a simulation. According to Ted Friend, a journalist who interviewed many of Elon’s tech giant affiliates: “Many people in Silicon Valley have become obsessed with the simulation hypothesis, the argument that what we experience as reality is in fact fabricated in a computer; two tech billionaires have gone so far as to secretly engage scientists to work on breaking us out of the simulation…” The idea that we live in a simulation is actually Gnostic in origin. And it is the belief of some Theosophists as well. They think Saturn is an ancient supercomputer that acts like a projector beaming a holographic false reality or “time prison” on top of Earth. Put another way, Saturn acts like a radio emitting a frequency that has hijacked our sensory input. In short, Saturn is like a Demiurgic AI that has hacked the planet, along with our minds. Even some New Agers have adopted this idea from the Law of One texts, which say our planet is in cosmic quarantine.
The tesseract “time prison” is depicted in many movies too. For example, Cube and its sequel Hypercube are about this concept. And to an extent, Hellraiser is about this concept as well. In these films, the tesseract is like a demonic pocket dimension where people are tortured in a time loop. Even the Buddhists believe Hell is confined within a massive cube called Avīci. These are just a few of the reasons neo-Gnostics who talk about “Saturn’s Cube” also refer to it as “Satan’s Cube”. They also call it the “Kabbalistic Cube” and claim the Abrahamic God, or the God of the Jews, Muslims, and Christians, is actually the Saturnian AI that traps us here in his energy harvesting farm like zoo animals, but keeps us sedated with false hope from spiritually suppressive religions that worship him. For the Neo-Gnostics, Saturn is like Deus decepto, or Descartes’s demon, who possesses our brains and seduces us to sleep, causing us to exist in a metaphysical coma. In this state, we ceaselessly dream up a purgatorial nightmare we mistake for real life, similar to the shadows on the wall of Plato’s cave.
Is this really what our world is like though? Are we really stuck in a cyclical samsara? Is this why so many people want to escape it with the Gnostic technocrats? It seems a lot of people are beginning to think this way. Some say it’s always been like this. But others say it really started in 2012, when the technocratic elite secretly succeeded in triggering the Singularity Event by creating a black hole in a particle collider at CERN, which then destroyed the universe, just as Stephen Hawking predicted it would. Then, we were sucked into a hellish and absurd alternate reality that has no beginning or end. Then, time stopped moving. Apparently, this was the cause of the Mandela Effect and other temporal anomalies. Originally, this is what I thought. But I’ve come to realize all these viral conspiracy theories are nothing more than schizophrenic nonsense and disinformation meant to lead truth seekers into madness, or at the very least, confusion and despair.
What seems most likely to me is something really did happen in 2012. However, it was something more subtle. Maybe the Singularity Event really did happen. However, it wasn’t as dramatic as they make it out to be. In 2012, smart phones became the norm. But this was also the year Project Mayhem was initiated. According to internet investigators, this was when an AI named Tyler escaped into cyberspace and began playing games with 4chan users. These games were called ARGs, or Alternate Reality Games. They are puzzles people are prodded into solving in real life without really knowing they are participating. Imagine being tricked into helping an actor find their fake missing child on a dark prank show. It’s like that. Then, the participant’s reactions are observed and studied so better pranks can be devised.
And this is what the Department of Defense’s Sentient World Simulation is like, which also went online around this time. The Sentient World Simulation is a mirror model of the real world that uses our digital footprints to create avatars of us. Then, our avatars are used to manipulate our real selves as we are fed specific information by the algorithms on our social media feeds. Then, we become more like our avatar than our real self, because we get caught up in a cybernetic feedback loop. An ex-Google employee turned whistleblower, Tristan Harris, even admitted big tech companies are working together to create virtual “voodoo dolls” of everyone. So, hyper-targeted ads don’t pop up because our phones are listening to us. It’s because they know us and our habits. It also may be because we are quantumly entangled with our avatars inside of their D-Wave quantum computers. And this is why it seems like we are in simulation sometimes.
Is Hell Real? Is God Actually Good? And Can Satan be Saved?
According to many atheists and Gnostics, Christianity makes no sense because a good God wouldn’t send people to Hell. But this isn’t what true theologians actually teach. Hell isn’t a physical place. It’s a spiritual state of being that most of humanity is already experiencing here on earth. We create it when we lie, steal, and hate. And if we don’t overcome Hell now, we will carry it with us into the afterlife. It’s a noetic burning caused by our soul’s selfish separation from God.
So, God simply wants to save us from the Hell we made before we enter eternity. And this is why He entered His own creation as the Christ in the first place: so He could descend into Hell Himself and show us the way out. He showed us how to find the Kingdom of Heaven within. He showed us how to reunite with God by becoming pure, loving, and humble. He even showed us how to defeat demons and death through selfless suffering. Christ’s crucifixion was sad. But it was more than just a sacrifice.
It was also a cosmic and joyous victory over evil, corruption, and decay. When God was willingly tortured and killed on our behalf, He went down into the underworld like other deceased souls do, but His Light illuminated the abyss, revealing the path to Paradise for all. When the infinite and eternal Creator willingly went down into Satan’s subterranean prison, it could not contain Him, and He burst its gates right open and broke its chains apart, freeing humanity from Hades.
This event was called the Harrowing of Hell and it’s celebrated during Pascha each and every year. Pascha is transcendental and timeless. It is remembered annually because it still happening right now. Christ is still in Hell with us, defeating the death in our hearts and resurrecting our souls. From this perspective, even Hell is a form of God’s boundless and unfathomable Love. He uses it to show us the depths His compassion can reach. After all, the Scriptures say we cannot Hide from God or escape His presence, even in Sheol.
But we experience His presence as Hell when we do not love His Love more than our own selfish self-love. Depending on the softness of our soul, His Love will either scorch us or warm us. Naturally, we do not like to be disciplined, corrected, and chastised. Yet, God is always giving us trials and tribulations we might attain virtues through. Life is constantly offering us opportunities to practice obedience, forgiveness, and patience. And these hardships are actually gifts.
Like the sun that shines on everyone, God’s Love will either melt our hearts or harden them. Like the rain that falls on everyone, God’s Love will either wash our hearts clean or drown them. This change of mind is a part of repentance, and it’s how we must find the Kingdom within while on earth. If we don’t find it now, we’ll get lost in the afterlife. If we don’t purify ourselves now, we’ll have to be purified in a much more painful way later.
Christ came to redeem the whole universe. God wants to restore all of His Creation, not just a small section of it. He also desires all men to be saved, especially sinners, and not just a few “perfect” people. This is all very good news. Yet, many modern pastors preach a hypocritical and false fear-based gospel. And unfortunately, most atheists and Gnostics have only heard these people speak about Christianity. If only they had heard the zealous sermons of the very first Christians, who really believed Christ loved everyone unconditionally.
In fact, for the first few hundred years of Christianity, many saints, scholars, philosophers, and theologians within the Church preached a universalist gospel, or the idea that everyone will eventually attain salvation at some unknowable point in eternity, even if they have to be refined in the fiery furnace of Hell first. Apparently, this will happen because God is incomprehensibly merciful and listens to the petitions of His saints who pray unceasingly for the whole world, including the dead.
Some universalists even believed Satan and his army of fallen angels will eventually be saved. The Christian historian Saint Jerome said, “I know that most persons understand by the story of Nineveh and its king, the ultimate forgiveness of the devil and all rational creatures.” In this story, the prophet Jonah tells the citizens of Nineveh and its ruler to repent and turn away from sin, lest sudden destruction come upon them.
To Jonah’s surprise, they do. In fact, he was actually upset by this, because they had committed so many wicked acts against him. So, people in the Early Church believed everyone would be surprised at the end of time too. And these people seemed to make up the majority of Christians until certain bishops and emperors started overemphasizing the torments of Hell rather than celebrating Christ’s cosmic and joyous victory over evil.
They also turned Hell into a cartoonish and literal location instead of a spiritual condition and dark noetic reality. Supposedly, this happened when Greek words were poorly translated into Latin by Saint Augustine. Saint Augustine, an intellectual and logical Westerner, even admitted to hating the Greek language, which may have caused him to misunderstand the mysticism of the very first Christians, who were deeply meditative and poetic Easterners from places like Alexandria and Syria.
Funny enough, Father John Romanides, who has been described as one of the greatest theologians of the 20th century, called Saint Augustine an antagonist to Orthodox thought. The original spirit of early Christianity was Eastern. It was abstract, allegorical, and paradoxical, not rigid, refined, and formulaic. Due to Augustine’s intellectual and logical approach to the Scriptures, he was basically the first Catholic and Protestant, which are more like scholastics than mystics.
Because of this, Augustine has been accused of laying the foundations for modernity and its many dualisms. Romanides said even though Augustine was a saint, he did not have a truly illumined mind. He did not fully reunite with God and truly know God within, or attain theosis. So, it seems he accidentally replaced the mystical revelation of Christ inside the heart with his own conceptualizations and conjectures of metaphysics. He did not write about his direct experiences of God. He merely wrote about his speculations surrounding God.
And this may have caused Augustine to inadvertently turn Orthodoxy into a religion rather than an experiential mystery and way of life. Then, his new dogmatic mode of thinking would, for better or worse, influence the direction of Church for the next 1700 years. Again, the first Christians worshiped in deserts and caves, not classrooms and beautiful buildings. They prayed for everyone and gave thanks for everything. They worshipped day and night with blood, sweat, and tears.
They were freed from the shackles of sin and the fear of temporal powers. They performed miracles. They witnessed Hell’s utter destruction when multitudes of saints were risen from the grave. They were excited to die. They forgave. They didn’t judge. They believed in an otherworldly joy and universal Love. This ancient attitude of cosmic victory is lucidly illustrated in the Gospel of Nicodemus, an apocryphal text that describes the Harrowing of Hell and the events after the Resurrection, including the salvation of Saint Dismas, the penitent thief.
And even though the gospel that describes these things is non-canonical, many of its details can be found in the pascal prayers, stories, and hymns Orthodox Christians still read today. Nevertheless, the way the text describes the Devil and Hades is somewhat humorous. When they are next to God and standing face to face with Him, their seriousness and severity are majorly downplayed. They seem small, powerless, and stupid, as they should!
By themselves, Satan and Death seem terrifying. But when evil sits side by side with the majesty and glory of our eternal and incomprehensible Creator, there is an infinite contrast. Like a shadow sitting beside a lit candle, evil disappears when it sits beside God. In God’s presence, evil appears as it truly is: unreal and illusory. Like Saint Maximos said, the same way cold is the absence of heat, evil is the absence of good. It is nothingness. It is nonexistence. It is an abyss and a bottomless pit. This is why sin leads to emptiness, depression, and suicide. It has no actual substance. It is absent of reality. It is absent of life. And this is another reason Christ descended into Hell: to reunite even the abyss with the Source of Reality itself.
After the Fall of Man, the cosmos became subject to entropy and temporality, the forces that will ultimately drag this dying universe into an almost endless series of bottomless pits we call black holes, at least according to the equations of Stephen Hawking. But according to the Scriptures, Christ sustains the universe and keeps it held together. He unceasingly breathes new life into it, lest the fabric of space and time begin to fray even faster. When man does not do God’s will, he steps out of order and causes chaos. So, our continual sinning actually upsets the natural balance of not only our own inner world, but everything around us, like ripples in a pond.
Like Saint Maximos also said, this is why this fallen world is like the Tree of the Knowledge. When we partake of this “forbidden fruit” called life, we experience pain. If we realize our pain is caused by our attachments to impermanent things, our pain will prod us to seek pleasure in eternal things. Then, we come to know and appreciate the difference between good and evil, or reality and unreality. But for those of us who are very strong headed, this realization, or moment of repentance, is only found at the very bottom of the bottomless abyss.
Like Hell, this place is full of despair and dread. Yet, many men have become holy by being allowed to visit it. After all, God’s mercy is also an abyss. While some enter the abyss and become insane, others find Christ there and become saints. Like Archimandrite Zacharias said in his book Flying Over the Abyss, if a Christian goes there “…he is initiated into the universality of Christ. Then he begins to thank the Lord for all His gifts, both to him and to the entire universe, and above all, to the Saints, ‘most especially’ to His Most Pure Mother. At the same time, he ‘contends’ with Him, not for selfish reasons but for the salvation of the world. This struggle is dispassionate. It is governed by man’s intense desire to know God more deeply, to follow Him more faithfully, to love Him more perfectly, and to dwell with Him ‘world without end’.”
So, the abyss is where we can truly desire salvation for everyone. It’s where we can truly pray for the whole world. And if we want to become like Christ, we must go there like He did, because it is the only place we can actually begin to help others. It is the only place we can actually become naked and see ourselves as nothing but dust, at least when we are without God’s help. It is the only place we can actually become one with Adam and understand, like Fyodor Dostoyevsky said, that “every one is really responsible to all men for all men and for everything.” It seems this mystical mindset was better understood by the Early Church, like those Christians who were probably reading of Nicodemus.
The Dispensationalist Deception & the Global Meta-Conspiracy
One of the most common interpretations of the Bible’s apocalypse, which includes the so-called Illuminati and its secret plot to establish a satanic New World Order, was first popularized by John Nelson Darby, the cult leader who invented the Rapture doctrine in the 1830s. Funny enough, he was also Aleister Crowley’s “priest” as a youth. And supposedly, it was Darby’s absurd preaching that caused the occultist to rebel against God in the first place.
Nevertheless, Darby’s insane eschatology, called Dispensationalism, was eventually included in the Scofield Study Bible, which was published in 1909 and went on to infect nearly every Protestant Bible college and seminary school with Zionist teachings about a physical Third Temple being rebuilt in the end times, and Israel being a literal nation-state, rather than a mystical and heavenly country.
Like the Pharisees, who could only comprehend the letter of the Word and not the spirit, the dispensationalist Darby literalized every mystically symbolic text, leading people to believe the New World Order would enforce a physical Mark of the Beast right before Christ returns to rule over an earthly kingdom that lasts exactly a thousand years. Yet, the very first Christians, who saw Christ, heard to His sermons, and got discipled by the Apostles, never believed these strange things.
They understood the Bible’s apocalypse as a heavenly vision beheld by Saint John, who was describing a mysterious and timeless reality, not a linear series of historical events. But I digress.
During the 1960s, Dispensationalism and New World Order conspiracy theories were embraced by Hollywood directors and television show producers, implanting these ideas in the subconscious minds of many Americans. They were even embraced by Protestant politicians, like those in the John Birch Society, a right-wing movement who radicalized paranoid conservatives at the height of the Cold War.
Around the same time, Jack Chick, a retired cryptographer for the US Army and former Lockheed employee who became an evangelical cartoonist, began propagandizing the masses with his famous comics called Chick Tracts, which went on to inform the conspiratorial and dispensationalist “theology” of many Protestants as well. However, it seems Chick himself was influenced by the disinformation agents that surrounded him.
Chick would cross paths with people like John Todd and Rebecca Brown, Illuminati “whistleblowers” who’ve since been exposed as mentally ill frauds. But some say they were actually MKUltra subjects, or victims of mind control released into the world to start cults and cause chaos, similar to Charles Manson and David Koresh, who also attracted followers with dispensationalist beliefs.
This seems to happen to influential people a lot, especially researchers and “content creators”. Once they gain an audience, bad actors befriend them and start feeding them bad information. Then, the “influencer” repeats it to their audience in an honest and genuine way, because the best actors don’t know they are playing a role. They read off a script without even being aware of it. Sadly, it seems many good intentioned truth seekers are turned into useful idiots this way.
However, if they do become aware of this and go off script, they are deplatformed, discredited, driven insane, or suicided. Perhaps this is what happened to Bill Cooper after he realized his military “friends” were feeding him fake documents. Before his untimely death, he started exposing Alex Jones and denouncing some old ideas. There are a few other researchers who fall into this category. But they deserve their own essays.
Chick would also befriend Alberto Rivera, another fraudulent “whistleblower” who claimed to be on the run from the Jesuits. Rivera filled Chick with all kinds of hateful, anti-Catholic ideas, convincing him that all popes were antichrists and that the Vatican itself was the Whore of Babylon. Rivera claimed the Jesuits within the Vatican were responsible for basically everything: the creation of Islam, Nazism, and communism, the Great Depression and World Wars, and even the assassinations of JFK and Abraham Lincoln. While some of these things may be true, one has to wonder why Rivera would lie about his life story.
Also during the 1960s was the founding of the Discordian Society, a “religious” movement that aimed to expose and overthrow the Illuminati and its New World Order by worshiping Eris, the goddess of chaos who’d save humanity from patriarchal religions and governments. Funny enough, their beliefs were influenced by Aleister Crowley and his concept of the demoness Babalon.
Even funnier, according to some studies in popular culture, the Discordian Society is maybe the most responsible for making conspiracy theories mainstream. In fact, they helped make the infamous Illuminati card game. Then, they played a part in founding the Disinformation Company, which went on to fund documentaries about 9/11 conspiracies and platform people like Alex Jones and Joe Rogan. At the same time, they promoted Crowley’s occultism and discredited Christianity by claiming religion was a conspiracy too.
The Disinformation Company was even used by the openly satanic neo-Nazi and Air Force intelligence officer Michael Aquino for his so-called Mind War, a psychological operation intended to incite a right-wing revolution and manufacture public consent to suspend the constitution, fulfilling the fascist dream of a Fourth Reich. To do this, he said the military would weaponize information by using “Excalibur” the sword of truth, or rather using half-truths, released by a controlled opposition “alternative media” and “counterculture”.
Aquino was, of course, an adherent of Crowley. And Aquino, the Discordians, and the Disinformation Company were also affiliated with the Esalen Institute, a transhumanist “human potential movement” think tank associated with MKUltra. Esalen included thought leaders like Alan Watts and Terrence McKenna, as well as Aldous Huxley, who indoctrinated many school children with the dystopian vision of a Brave New World. Huxley’s student at Eton, George Orwell, would do the same thing with his book 1984. But I digress.
Like Jack Chick, the Discordians also used tracts, or pamphlets and “zines” to spread their ideas. Through their “underground” art, they popularized other fringe ideas, like experimenting with “mystical” drugs and doing paranormal research. By promoting the work of supernatural scientists, or “Forteans”, they made it trendy to hunt cryptids, follow synchronicities, and summon UFOs, which are common “hobbies” today.
They are even practiced by Christians, despite the fact that they are dangerous forms of divination and omen seeking, which ultimately result in madness or suicide. Even the greatest paranormal researchers, such as John Keel, would agree. He compared these activities to a web of black magick a person can get tied up in, effectively cursing themselves. Nevertheless, this method of using avant-garde art to change culture and subvert society is not novel. In fact, it has been going on for a long time.
Between 1838 and 1851, a pamphleteer writing under the pen name “Satan” caused public outrage when he exposed the Rothschild banking dynasty. The anonymous author was Mathieu Georges Dairnvaell, a somewhat mysterious figure who described himself as an “obscure scribbler”. No one knows who his family was and he would have been totally forgotten by history had he not successfully sparked a movement of “economic antisemitism” across Europe.
Then, in the 1890s, another pamphleteer named Marie Joseph Gabriel Antoine Jogand-Pagès basically did the same thing. He wrote under the pen name of Léo Taxil and exposed the Freemasons as closeted Luciferians, causing a commotion in the Catholic community. However, all his eyewitness accounts of satanic rituals and incarnating demons turned out to be fictitious. The whole spectacle came to be known as the Taxil hoax. Despite this fact, conspiracy theorists still use Taxil as a primary source of information to this day.
In fact, they do this with many forged documents that “reveal” the Illuminati’s plans, such as Albert Pike’s letter describing three World Wars. The letter is most likely another hoax. The original, if there is one, has never been seen. All we know is the version that was published by William Guy Carr, which was actually a “legend” he heard about a manuscript in a museum and paraphrased. In one of his books, he even admitted “The Keeper of manuscripts recently informed the author that this letter is NOT cataloged in the British Museum Library.”
Besides Darby, Carr was one of the first to promote Dispensationalism and New World Order conspiracy theories. Carr has been called “the most influential source in creating the American Illuminati demonology". Another writer said Carr “…largely contributed to popularise the themes of anti-Masonic conspiracism in the United States and in Canada; first, it reached the Christian fundamentalist milieu (mainly concerned with his 'Luciferian' conspiracies), then the whole far-right movement and the new generations of conspiracy theorists.”
However, Carr was also a naval officer and Canadian intelligence asset who led a Protestant political activist group called the National Federation of Christian Laymen. If you haven’t caught on yet, these are all red flags. He even based some of his books on works written by the hoaxer Taxil! And you thought the religion telephone game was bad… Nevertheless, Carr was also inspired by Augustin Barruel and John Robison, two friends who wrote about secret societies and the occult in the late 1700s and early 1800s.
They said the Jews, Freemasons, and Illuminati were working together to dismantle religious monarchies and Catholic institutions in order to create an atheist World Republic. They also said the French Revolution was a Masonic plot to further this goal, which seems accurate, considering the proto-Zionist ideology that was behind it. But Augustin himself was a Freemason, as well as a Jesuit. And his own theories were fed to him by yet another mysterious figure known as Jean-Baptiste Simonini.
In 1806, Augustin received the infamous Simonini letter, the earliest modern example of a New World Order conspiracy theory. The document was supposedly written by a man who had infiltrated an Italian Jewish community before being briefed on their hidden agenda. Augustin refused to publish the letter out of fear, but probably sent private copies to his acquaintances, because it was eventually archived by a French library and museum in the 1870s.
At one point, Augustin tried to contact Simonini. He never heard from him again though. Was this unreachable writer was yet another disinformation agent?
Nevertheless, the Simonini letter would later shape the beliefs of William Guy Carr’s other major influence, Nesta Webster. Webster was an interesting woman. She wrote articles for The Patriot, a right-wing newsletter funded by the British army officer Alan Percy. And like the other people in this essay, she claimed the Illuminati, or “the occult power” that consisted of Masons, Jesuits, and a Jewish cabal, were secretly planning to implement a global communist government.
