Biden's win in SC so big that he's closing on Sanders' delegate lead

Sometimes endorsements do matter.

Biden's position now, with a suddenly tight race in total delegates with Sanders, means decisions by top Dems to endorse - or not - could shape the next phase of this race. (Harris, Booker, and of course Obama?...)
Keeping this race's "status quo" would help Sanders -- Dem candidates staying in race with no clear path to #1 or #2 in delegates; other Dems "holding back" on endorsing.

A move by traditional Democratic leaders/establishment to act would appear to help Biden.

Tonight: Joe Biden says he will pick a woman as his running mate and a black woman for the Supreme Court, if he wins
Sanders responds by saying "in all likelihood" he would do the same, putting a "progressive woman" on the ticket if he won
Biden has previously pledged to appoint a black woman to SCOTUS; the running mate pledge sounds the most ironclad to date.

New: Bloomberg spent TWENTY FOUR times what Biden did for each vote so far.

What does that say about their organic support from voters?
Sanders has now spent three times as much as Biden per vote.
