Tonight: Joe Biden says he will pick a woman as his running mate and a black woman for the Supreme Court, if he wins
Sanders responds by saying "in all likelihood" he would do the same, putting a "progressive woman" on the ticket if he won
Biden has previously pledged to appoint a black woman to SCOTUS; the running mate pledge sounds the most ironclad to date.

He will be on "home confinement" instead of being incarcerated until Nov. 2021, the terms of the original sentence.
