.@SupJaniceHahn rightly has called for an INDEPENDENT investigation into the disastrous election conducted on LA's VSAP BMD system, warning that she has lost confidence in LA County's elections. This is serious. In Northampton, PA the county supervisors voted unanimously...1/

Powell has gotten a sweetheart deal in the GA RICO case. But the voting system breach in Coffee County was one part of a multistate plot to take voting software from multiple states. The voting software was unlawfully taken, then distributed among Trump allies & election...

Powell was involved in other voting system breaches, specifically in MI. Stephanie Lambert, Powell's Kraken co-counsel,is indicted in MI for similar voting system breaches that implicate Powell, but Powell wasn't charged in MI, nor is there evidence the feds are investigating.

🧵According to @guardian, Willis is likely to charge "computer trespass" which is almost certainly the effort by the Trump campaign to unlawfully access, copy & covertly distribute copies of the software that runs all of GA's voting system, uncovered by @MarilynRMarks1 1/
This stunning crime was not just ignored, but denied for months by the @GaSecofState. It was only discovered by private citizens in civil litigation. Here's @GabrielSterling saying it didn't happen, even after he'd been told the culprits admitted it. 2/
It is only thanks to the hard work & fortitude of @CoalitionGoodGv, co-plaintiffs, their attorneys,experts, & reporters, @emmersbrown, @jonswaine, @ZcohenCNN, @katebrumback, @Jose_Pagliery @byaaroncdavis, @markniesse, @richardsdoug & more this consequential plot was uncovered.3/

Uber admits covering up 2016 hacking, avoids prosecution in U.S. settlement. This is galling and despicable, and it also relates importantly to election security and democracy. I'll tell you how. 1/ valleynewslive.com/2022/07/23/ube…

This is stunning - another instance of radicalized insiders allowing Trump extremists to access voting systems. There are several important points of context to add to this remarkable reporting 1/🧵
This report indicates that the plague of election officials that have permitted potentially criminal access to voting machines extends beyond MI, CO, OH, PA and NC to GA. 2/ reuters.com/investigates/s…
This @washingtonpost
report is especially troubling because the alleged election system breach occurred in deep-red Coffee County, GA. Most notably, Coffee County was cited in the draft executive order as a reason for the DOD to seize voting machines. 3/ politico.com/news/2022/01/2…

Internet voting has been snarkily called the "#Theranos of voting." #ElizabethHolmes trial watchers may be surprised to know HOW similar, as internet voting vendors pulled one of the exact same tricks that #Holmes did, which led to her fraud conviction. Thread 1/
One of the most damning pieces of evidence that compelled a guilty verdict in the #Holmestrial was the fact that Elizabeth put logos from pharmaceutical companies, like @pfizer, on reports that Theranos itself had authored, so that it looked like Pfizer endorsed the findings. 2/
Well, funny story. Voatz, a blockchain internet voting system vendor, wrote a report that purported to be findings of a @DHSgov assessment of their system. And they went ahead and slapped the DHS seal and logo right on top, so that it looked like the report was written by DHS.3/
