There’s a lot to be learned by civilian hospitals from the military whose been at war for the past two decades. Not a lot of people realize it but our military fought two wars, undersupplied, understaffed and over worked. Adapt, overcome and never quit is the name of the game.
Accept that you may not get resupplied on time. Accept that while something is not entirely safe, it’s the best you have. Accept that everyday you wake up, you are going to go through hell. Then go forward with a clear mind and give hell right back ten times harder.
