Trump was asked what the problem with GM was that caused him to "invoke" the DPA, and he said he was mad that GM closed a plant in Ohio because that caused some bad press.
Trump is explaining that the federal government shipped NY thousands of ventilators, but Cuomo forgot about them, and that's why Trump thinks Cuomo is wrong about how many ventilators NY needs.

It's a demented, babbling tantrum. Yet everyone is chill about this terrifying fact.
If you or a loved one is currently in the ICU after being infected with coronavirus and may be in need life-saving medical equipment, remember to contact your governor and ask him to go grovel before the President and make dramatic public declarations of his greatness.
🚨The dude behind Trump is coughing into his hand. 🚨
Trump tells all the children currently out of school and at home with their parents that they have "a duty" to sit and watch and behave. His entire answer makes me have severe doubts that he's ever spent more than 30 seconds at a time around a human child.
De Blasio must be calling up Trump twice a day to tell him he's the greatest and most handsomest leader in the history of the world, and it's working. Trump can't insult him, even when teed up to do so. And Trump mentions how much he appreciates all the nice things said.
A reporter keeps hitting Trump with an important question, and not giving up, and asks: can you promise that everyone who needs a ventilator will get a ventilator?

Trump tries repeatedly to dodge, but when the reporter doesn't let him, Trump calls him a "cutie pie" and moves on.
The President is currently expounding on how we should use dying COVID-19 patients as guinea pigs to test all kinds of unproven therapies on, so that we can see what happens.
I bet if you poll Trump supporters, most of them will agree that the federal government should prioritize scarce resources for people who don't say bad things about Trump.
I low-key hope Dr. Fauci doesn't speak at today's briefing. I don't want him anywhere near Sonny Perdue.
NO ONE TOUCH THAT PODIUM FOR THE REST OF THE BRIEFING
Dr. Birx is up, and she is babbling about models and mitigation and adjustments and balancing. However, today she is not casting aspersions on the model she was so critical of yesterday – now she's praising it, and claims it fully supports their approach to ventilators.
Dr. Birx explains the administration was holding back on providing all the medical supplies requested by the states, because they wanted to make sure that "requests for the stockpile reflected the great work American citizens were doing" on social distancing.
Dr. Fauci acknowledges that areas in New York are being hit hard – the first such acknowledgment I can recall hearing in the past three days. In earlier briefing, no mention was made of anyone experiencing hardship at all.
Dr. Birx is asked about the status of data she promised would be made public about a week or two ago, and when it'll be available. Dr. Birx says, "We learned that when a community is educated, we all do better together," and then suggests we may see it tomorrow. Maybe.
Dr. Birx says that, over the weekend, they'll be 'working on a way to weave together strategies for surveillance and diagnostic testing.'

Really? Y'all haven't gotten to that before now?
In Dr. Birx-speak, it means that they didn't want to give states the requested medical resources until they could see if the social distancing in that state had been done so well that those resources would no longer be needed after all.
