Latest Colorado COVID-19 numbers, per Gov. Polis:
- 2,627 known cases
- 414 hospitalizations
- Cases in 47 counties
- 51 deaths

Polis also announced the state's first COVID-19 death in someone under the age of 40.
Polis says the state needs hundreds of thousands more pieces of equipment like face masks, gloves, gowns etc. over the next few weeks.
Timeframes we're seeing so far in Colorado, per Polis:
- Exposure to symptom onset: 4-5 days
- Onset to ICU admission: 10-12 days
- Onset to death: 2+ weeks
- Average ICU stay: 8 days

Polis: Number of patients had previously been doubling every one or two days. Doubling time now appears to be approaching five days.
Gov. Polis, citing traffic volume data, says there's been a reduction of about 60 percent in the number of cars on the road from a baseline set three weeks ago. He says the goal is 70 to 80 percent.
