He is charged with obstructing law enforcement, knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and violent entry/disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. During the hearing, the judge advised Keller he could face up to 5 years in prison for the 3rd charge - violent entry/disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds.

Keller was allegedly recorded on video during the Jan. 6 siege of the Capitol building.
