Super simple facemask , Blue Peter style instructions in case anyone wants them
You can make a few out of an old t shirt. Use ribbon , shoelace or strips of t-shirt for ties
The paper clip nose bridge is the magic. Stops the mask gaping or getting in your eyes
Use the t-shirt hem for the top of your mask - it is neat and a ready made channel for the nose bridge
Push the paperclip into the hem
And then the shoe lace
Roll the raw edge of the sides over and running stitch down from too to bottom (just straight in and out stitch )
Pull the thread tight the stitch back into the fabric and tie it off
You can hem the bottom to make it neat and add an extra layer of filter if you like
Wear once then throw in the wash
Super-simpler no-sew version.
Cut the fabric a little wider and tie up the sides with strips of tshirt
