WOW: The IG reviewed 29 FISA applications. and found *20 issues per application.* Four applications were missing Woods Files altogether.
This will undoubtedly animate those who have argued the FISA process was abused to target the Trump campaign. But many experts who rejected that notion said sloppiness, perhaps system-wide, would be a likelier culprit.
