Here's a horrifying scenario.

We're about to see a serious escalation in coronavirus in the south, due to minimal social distancing.

That will hit in numerous states that *have not* expanded Medicaid.

It's a "looming catastrophe," one expert tells me:

* Unemployment exploding

* That pushes huge numbers to seek Medicaid

* State budgets getting shredded

* No Medicaid expansion in many states

* Wave of coronavirus hitting those same states
