1. The #TrumpPandemic has given @JoeBiden the opening to move to the actual center of @TheDemocrats to put together a single-payer health care system. Unions big fear is the leadership loses the control of the trust funds. The Irishman plot line was about these powerful funds.

2. But they all have the same flaw that Hoffa had to deal with: Corruption. Ironic that an actual Irishman in the cat bird seat can make the offer they can't refuse.

My plan:

A. All health Insurers are federalized day one
B. Staff stay in place and become federal employees

3. C. All hospitals and providers submit bills as they did. All premiums remain in place but become federal property upon receipt.

D. Congress enacts legislation to pay off the value of the insurance company stock and mutual ownership value based on date prior to announcement.

4. E. My insurance insolvency background tells me most if not all health insurers are balance sheet insolvent. Book value IMO is likely 0. We can throw the investors a bone. They'll take it.

F. Employers don't save contribution. Money they spent on employee medical will by law

5. transferred instantly to higher wages.

G. Everyone pays 10% of gross income on medical and social security. That means a $1 billion earned pays $100 million.

H. The lack of employer contribution can open door to a higher minimum wage.

6. I favor a system that deals with economic reality rather than @BernieSanders flat $15 hourly. Not enough for NYC that should be $20+ & low cost of living areas should be scaled to the local economic reality.
