➡️Sign Change - When a planet crosses into a new sign, it can create a whole new energy in the area that planet governs. "Change alone is unchanging." ~ Heraclitus, early Greek philosopher. As the planets move across the sky, (called transits) they change signs. #Astrology
☌The Conjunction: Powerful focul point. The strongest aspect in #Astrology. When two planets are operating "in conjunction" it means they are joined togther. Some planets pair up more easily than others. When Venus & Jupiter are involved, they sweeten planets in this position.
⚹The Sextile: (60°) - When planets are sextile, they are 60° apart. Sextiles bring positive outcomes. Planets in sextile are either in Fire and Air signs or Earth and Water signs. Since these pairs of elements get along well, the sextile encourages an active exchange. #Astrology
□The Square: (90°) - Squares are 90° angles & puts planets at cross-purposes. Friction develops between them & one challenges the other. Squares can bring very difficult, uncomfortable, annoying situations, but can point to places where tremendous growth is possible. #Astrology
△The Trine: (120°) -The Trine is generally considered the most "favorable" aspect in #Astrology. Trines are usually formed between planets of the same element, (Earth, Air, Fire & Water) so they understand each other. Trines bring harmony, luck, & potential for positive changes.
⚻The Quincunx -(150°) -A Quincunx is also called an Inconjunct. This aspect joins two signs that don't share an element, which makes it difficult for them to communicate with each other. There is nothing mutual for them to share & they will not function well together. #Astrology
☍The Opposition: (180°) - When two planets are opposed, they work against each other. Oppositions usually bring challenges & conflicts. Opposites can attract, so this aspect is the least difficult of the "hard" aspects in #Astrology. They can bring more of a reflection period.
℞Retrograde: Retrograde literally means "backward." When any planet is at it's retrograde station (changing from forward to backward motion) it causes difficulties. When Mercury, Venus & Mars turn Rx, we watch the entire path. The outer planets influence most at their stations.
DS Direct Station: Direct station is a point a planet reaches when it's retrograde is ending. It's retrograde is over and is in the process of changing from backward to forward motion. All planets can be difficult for a few days before & after their direct stations. #Astrology
