1/ I gotta tell you guys an amazing story that’s happening today
2/ So the man that was my therapist and became a mentor when I was in treatment fifteen years ago posted on FB this morning that his brother, a doctor, was in ICU with COVID-19 and they were looking for someone that could make a plasma donation from someone who had recovered.
3/ My amazing wife posted looking for a donor into a moms FB group she is in.
Turns out there was a guy on the news last night because he drove to Orlando, a three hour drive, to make a plasma donation for someone else. People who were friends with him tagged him into the post.

4/ By the time my wife spoke with him he had already contacted the doctor and was figuring out how to make the donation.
Well it turns out that to meet the local criteria he needs a more recent negative test.

5/ Right now he’s in a three hour line to get retested so he can make the donation.
Just amazing.

6/ He was also told that making multiple donations could affect his own immune response and recovery process. But he’s happily moving forward and has spent all day doing whatever it takes to help someone he doesn’t even know.

9/ They did a story last night on Paul’s brother (below). And Paul just let me know his brother is finally receiving the plasma right now!
