Make sure you communicate your 'work' timings even if you're at home, and then respect and honor that time. Just because your spouse is working from home, doesn't mean s/he can be disturbed. Work time requires concentration and dedication. Do NOT disturb ... [2/7]
If a habit of your partner is bothering you to the point of genuine anger, don't keep it bottled up. If s/he doesn't even know there's a problem, for sure there won't be a solution! [3/7]
Don't neglect your personal hygiene and clothes!! It is NOT okay to lounge around in your pj's for days on end just because you're at home. And just because you're not going outside, doesn't mean that the expensive perfume is left gathering dust on your counter! [4/7]
Now is even more important that chores are assigned and done; and every once in a while 'surprise' your partner by doing the chore that wasn't assigned to you. This will demonstrate that your partner doesn't feel s/he is being taken for granted. [5/7]
Lastly, on a sombre but needed note, in case of physical or emotional abuse, don't hesitate to get help. Sadly, because of this lock-down there has been a spike across the world in cases of domestic violence. If you're a victim, don't be silent: GET HELP from local centers [6/7]
