Spent 3 hours making a scavenger hunt for my kids that they solved in 15 minutes. That’s how scavenger hunts work.

Me: No idea.
Him: that’s a balloon and the treasure!
Me: let’s gooooooooo
Me: The Grand Prize! What is it?
Him: The Grand Prize is 3 Parties WHENEVER YOU WANT, Daddy.
(Best prize EVER. The end.) A balloon and a backwards 3!

At the top of December I stopped doing the gmorning/gnights. Just...to see what would happen.
I breathed easier. I got a big chunk of time back in my mornings. And giving it up was good prep for what’s next.
My New Years’ resolution for 2020 is Tweet Less, Create More.
Not quitting the app. Just taking several steps back. Doubling down on my work. Handing the password to the missus.
Grateful for the MANY MANY for-real friends I have made on here. Grateful for the distractions and the q&a’s and the gifs but mostly you, mostly grateful for you.
