Did everyone know you can cause Slack emoji to be semantically meaningful?

e.g. If the local norm at the company / team / etc is gavel-ing decisions, you can search for has::gavel: to find all the decisions.
(This is also the only good way in Slack to curate things other people have said, and is a viral habit after you have a few emoji widely used for some meaningful purpose, since people quickly invent, model, and learn meanings ascribed to them.)
A use case from work: we have some custom emoji for the company's operating principles, and frequent behavior when you see something positive which aligns with one is to tag it as such.

So if you're training a new person and need examples, you've got *boatloads* of them.
Note that this is presently beyond the state of the art for search algorithms which aren't assisted by humans, right?

"Google, can you find me all the documents which represent a well-reasoned tradeoff between shipping speed and impact?"
And the behavior is probably *better* than anointing a caste of loremasters who locally cache all examples of that tradeoff and act as tastemakers for which instances are deserving of curation versus which aren't.
