Sorry just saw the recipe requests. It's a piece of piss, especially if you buy the vege haggis, which you might as well - they're cheap and really good. Macsween is the best.
Cook it. Then heat some adobo sauce in a saucepan. We added chili ancho powder and green chili sauce too.
We make green chilli sauce in big three month batches, then freeze it in an ice cube container. Looks grim but it's a good hack. You can put those fuckers in anything and they improve it - eggs, curry, chili con carne.
When it's hot, break up the haggis and slowly mix it in, like you're folding. Use corn tortillas. Always corn. Fuck that flour shit. Then add salsa and cream. Serve with mezcal and beer.
Oh and radishes. That's important actually. It needed the crunch.
