Moscow is getting ready to implement their digital passes. Residents except for a few exceptions will need the pass to leave their home. Looks like the pass will allow them to leave twice a week
Police will be able to check digital pass which is valid for 1 day only on their tablets. Anyone leaving without the pass face charges resulting in jail. The pass will require residents to specify their outing and will be given the amount of time allowed
Exceptions include essential workers, doctors, journalists, etc. They will be given a different pass
